Gotta disagree in this case. This girl is only 16 years old. In the US, teens working as camp counselors for younger kids is a longstanding tradition that benefits everyone involved (the little kids get the camp experience, the teens get work experience, parents get affordable summer childcare while they work). Staffing the camps with adults would be a step backward in terms of safeguarding the campers.

If I were sending kids to summer camp, I'd of course prefer a normal teen girl for a counselor instead of an FTM, but there is nothing nefarious about a 16-year-old FTM being in this position. It is, however, a real fucked up tragedy that there are so many teen FTMs in the first place.

That fact that these TiFs seem to want this girl to face repercussions for this is really disgusting. Society seems to be so interested in treating children like adults now.

The impulse to be a Mean Girl and bully others by stealth and/or snitching (indirect aggression) doesn't go away with adopting a male persona. It's deeply evolutionary. If you can't administer punishment yourself because you're smaller or weaker (or here where you can't bop someone else's kid) go and leverage someone with authority who will to do it for you. And it sure seems like if anything, Mean Girl-ness gets amplified with the overly sensitive TiFs. They're always pulling underhanded bullying shit by whining to some authority figure.

Society is becoming more open to treating children like adults now because post modernism is making age irrelevant when it comes to agency & consent and all that. Not to omit that adults have been demanding to be treated like children too for a while now. Lines are blurring all over. Everyone gets an individual rights or agency pony. Even when they can't handle it. Nobody wants, or even wants to know, what their social role is anymore. They're too oppressive.

Normally I'd agree, if it was just a 16 year old girl, but I honestly don't believe any troon should be allowed to work around children, I'm not saying they're all child molesters, but they do all seem compelled to spread their mind virus, trannies seem to have this urge to proselytize, and I don't think they should be around children of any age, when kids are naive and easily influenced.
I'm not even saying that they'd do it with malicious intentions, but you just know if this pooner ran across a kid with body identity problems or some shit like that, the standard stuff of lot of kids go through especially around puberty, the Pooner could see it as "helping" the confused kid to teach about tranny shit, and potentially confuse and fuck up their heads even if the Pooner was meaning well.
Bottom line is they are all mentally ill, unstable people, and I think that should exclude them from working or being around kids on general principle.
Theres plenty of teenagers who are always ready to become summer camp counsellors, etc, theres gonna be no shortage of workers even if Troons and Pooners were excluded.
I just know as a parent, I would not want a Pooner looking after one of my kids, no matter how well meaning. Would you?
