The need for asylum needs to be proven. He has to be put into what is basically a labour camp with all the niggers and Arabs seeking refuge and stay there until his case is processed. Pretty sure he's just trying to leave. However, if the judge awarded him restrictions as conditions for bail, if he'll somehow gets on the bad side of border control, he's fucked. Inmates in the East part of Ukraine might actually be more sympathetic. If he gets to the Western Ukrainian prisons, he's pretty much fucked for good.

You can't deport someone based upon guilt by association in and of itself, there would have to be evidence they provided some kind of support to Al Qaeda or one of those other terrorist groups in order to do that.
