She could fly to Dubai or to any country close by, or they could drive to cross the border and renew it that way but with the size she is now, I think the drive to the border and back is too much in the summer heat and the suspension on the car might give out .
She could try to extend her visa but she has been refused before so I don’t think that is an option. If she is going to have to fly , it might as well be back to Canada and visit her family.
I think that arrangements have already been put in place but I hope the fat fuck has actually paid for two seats this time or she will be facing more issues and embarrassment.

Basically, she can in "theory" keep going to Saudi to refresh the VISA but they can flag it and in part, Kuwait will ban her and either bar her from entry at the border or physically take her to the airport/jail. You don't fuck with any of the middle eastern polices because they are corrupt as fuck. She is playing with fire though.
