Him coming forward against Cyraxx could be some last ditch effort to keep his jew grift afloat, it could be a temporary cashcow for content. He could brag or some shit like "ey, I got my
celebrity crush arch nemesis Cyraxx the pedo goblin sent to jail." I can see people new to the Cyraxx lore going with this and sending Marty some shekels. Just my schizo game theory. Additionally, Marty can also make the case that Cyraxx assaulted him, as the goblin charged head-on at Marty. There can be reasoning for why the court wouldn't trust Marty as a witness. The biggest reason is that Marty is obviously a troll. (Thanks to everyone here who reminded my retarded ass that terminally online trolls aren't credible sources.) The court wouldn't trust anything that comes out of his mouth because he's spent the past
two SEVEN YEARS essentially harassing Cyraxx. Additionally, they could factor in the fact Marty has travelled to Cyraxx's nest multiple times, and while Marty was charged by Cyraxx first, he did travel all the way to Akron, and rent an AirBnB, just to fuck with Cyraxx.

Would Gloryhole come up to the stand as a witness? While he does have a vendetta against Cyraxx, I've always thought he was more hands-off. He doesn't necessarily interact with Cyraxx directly. WG mostly gathers information and shares it, like bodycams.
Speaking of bodycams, is it known how WG gets his hands on them? I don't think the cameras are publicly available from the cops, like they don't put it on the internet themselves. Does WG have an inside man, or is WG himself the Police Chief of the APD?
