It is repetitive to me by now, but it is unhinged.
Just in case I was in any danger of thinking you were exaggerating, this was the first search result I opened:

IMG_4416.jpeg

I grabbed a bunch more screenshots I haven’t yet organized and holy shit this queer is nutbars. Nick ought to be ashamed of the audience he attracts: it’s not like this guy is even the most embarrassing. He’s just the most memorably insane.

REEE WHY IS DISCOVERY GOING TO TAKE SO LOOOOOOONG :story:

Lol get fucked rackets, enjoy five more years of your 500 dollar a minute legal bills.
But those are years he can dodge all his promises, guilt-free:

'Sorry guys, this case it taking a lot of time ans money out of me...'

'Can't do a shoe tonight. The lawsuit is really weighing on me. I think it might be PTSD.'

I'm very excited for someone at Rumble to realize that he has not been meeting his monthly commitments on show time. Combined with him not ending the YouTube portion of his show early enough, that would be a good reason to end his contract early. It's not like Nick can afford to sue them over it.

Nick would pitch a fit over it and be obnoxious. Better to leave it vague. Like discrimination, it is better left unsaid. He has enough clout to make trouble for them.

Does he though?
He has not been actively disowned by his associates like Viva, Barnes, and others. They would still milk the Bannening 2.0 to uphold freeze peach and take donations that say #IStandWithNose.

He is the weird, drunk uncle you sit in the corner of the wedding or other event. He is not the one who just got out of prison and is covered in tattoos that you would not let your children in the same room

Assuming he is only on a year contract, it would be far cheaper just to let the contract expire and not renew. Then there is zero risk of litigation (well, successful litigation against Rumble). Any damage of association has already happened on Rumble's side, and is it worth potentially 9 figures to set someone loose who already isn't streaming much? Cheaper to let him take his money and run, and say goodbye at the end.

If they do renew, well they're retarded. But I didn't think he would get a contract in the first place, so what do I know?

And came back both times. I am generally not in favor of perma-banning people from places...

...but in Still_Life's case... given the heat he could bring down...
At this point Still Life might as well rename himself Stayin' (a)live.
"Montegraph and His Lawyer are INSANE"
I'm beginning to believe that Montagraph is not completely insane after watching Josh's phone call with him. I think he's paranoid and may have had his name drug through the mud like Vic, but we'll have to see when discovery comes out (can Nick try to force Montagraph to produce the other 3 sequels?).

I've been thinking for a while that Monty is probably a lot more in touch with reality than is commonly believed, he has bizarre manerisms and seems to play a character to some extent. He's been around forever, hasn't been doxed, and has managed to hire a lawyer who appears to be the guy to body Nick. If he was as unhinged as people thought he was he wouldn't be able to pull any if that off.

He's a connoisseur of Walmart boxed wines so he's definitely more in touch with reality than Nick.

Nick was trying to talk about how stupid Schneider is by including plaintiff's damages as a subject of discovery, asking why the plaintiff would need to conduct discovery on that.

I'm pretty sure the whole point is that both sides list the proposed subjects of discovery available to both parties, since each side has an interest in determining what subjects the other side can probe into as well.

There are also such a thing as subpoenas to and depositions of non-parties. Monty might need to subpoena records or force a deposition of some company or private person to show how he was damaged.

So much of what he is saying in his case is in direct opposition to what he was saying during the Vic Lasagna case. I'm not going to dig through the hours of footage so I very well could be misremembering but I have a distinct memory of him responding to a question and/or criticism of this exact nature regarding Kamehacon damages and explaining this exact thing.

so are we just never going to go back to the normal net just like nick is never going back to being small town lawyer man who is fun to listen to?
He lost ALL credibility once he dunked his former image that took years to build for self-gratification. There's no way to recover that. He needs a new LARP. And quick!

His current shtick so far has been to try his hand at "Nothing to See Here" Jedi drunken weasel words to try to get past the Kiwi filter (fat luck) while passive aggressively coping & seething at a dwindling audience that, in his mind, continues to victimize him terribly to this day. Did they really expect a streamer to actually stream?? Even worse, they expected a comedian to be funny! Ungrateful subs!

My recollection is that damages were proven because anime man had to negotiate a new contract. That was interference. Damages were the extra cost for security he had to pay.

One of these two lawyers had managed to build and sustain a successful law practice in the Spicer area, the other one didn't.

One of these two lawyers has a client. The other one has a lawyer.

Which one is the stupid one again?
