He's impossible to make happy. Either a girl chose her bf because he's handsome and therefore biased against the disabled (him, specifically), or in some cases, when a girl chooses a guy who isn't conventionally attractive, Russ is more attractive. Russ loses his shit either way. Of course, Russ refuses to consider women who aren't what he classes as gorgeous, yet he expects women to overlook the fact he's disabled.

So far, he's avoided mentioning specific brothels in his advocacy work, but given his tendency to sail right over boundaries like they're not there, I figure it's only a matter of time before he says something that would give the impression to someone not in the know that he's working on behalf of the brothels and gets hit with a C&D letter at the very least. He's overstepped his bounds before and done things on behalf of other people without their permission. He's baffled when they get upset and tell him to stay in his lane.

I don't think much will change. He'll continue working low paying jobs, wasting money on whores and little projects here and there, and he'll rack up an ever-increasing number of lolsuits. I can see him being declared a vexatious litigant in Nevada at some point in the next 20 years. The sad part is he didn't have to end up like this. If he didn't waste money on his little projects, he could've retired by now, and had all the time in the world to patronize brothels. Unless something changes, this is his life.

I think vexatious litigant is a given and I'm constantly blown away he hasn't been labeled as such yet. It's both the blessing and curse of the US legal system.

Freemantle threatened him with moving to have him declared one, but it doesn't seem to have happened. Maybe one of the conditions for not doing that was him dropping the appeal. I dunno.
And, now, time for some baseless speculation! I think he's been blacklisted from ever auditioning again for AGT or any other Freemantle production. He never mentioned trying to audition again, and it seems like he's given up being on TV. He switches from focusing on his Hookers4All PAC and getting his "songs" into circulation.
