This proves my point. Moral grandstanding "for police" when they're just doing a job. The two aren't mutually exclusive.
You're only seeing it that way because your brain hasn't caught up to reality.
"The police" are no longer just "the police" in many places, they have been militarized and turned into an extension of upper branches of government more than local resources. Police departments were never intended to function the way they are being used now, there's a reason so much of their shady shit is being done using PDs instead of Sheriff's offices which are usually comprised of people whose careers rely on not treating the people in their communities like shit.

It's a similar dichotomy with respecting troops while calling for a quick and brutal end to ZOGbots - in the years after 9/11 many people began to lose that patriotic fervor when it became clear our government regarded us as the true enemy, yet many of us still have friends and family who serve or served. So we hate those who mindlessly enforce the bullshit of the regime we have come to learn about, while recognizing that a lot of people in those uniforms aren't there to enforce martial law.

The troubling thing is that for a long time we were able to mostly wave this stuff off as just being a facet of the machine but since 2020 kicked off the forever CurrentYear, we are seeing there are fewer and fewer of the good guys in uniform even left. Those that weren't in on the shady shit got ousted over vaccines or quit when niggers in metro areas were given government permission to kill them without consequence, same thing happened in the military, a lot of good men left or didn't reenlist when the government tried to force jab them and then told them they were utter shit and would be bootlicking trannies from now on. We are increasingly at a point where all that is left are those who are in fact willing cogs of the machine, and it is right to hate them.

Fag Smith is trying to get a protective/gag order on Trump getting discovery because he tweeted this out, because they're scared the evidence will be shown to the public and how fake it is. It's clearly political speech but that means nothing, and I can buy this either as gay DOJ trying to silence Trump any way they can, or Trump deliberately doing this to force it to go to SCOTUS quicker or get the judge dismissed. Because shit, they ignore the "peacefully" part of his tweet on January 6th, and their entire argument is based on mind reading anyway.

Trump was in Alabama yesterday, tells the GOP to stop being pussies.

Meatball finally decided the gloves are off, he's going to slap Trump and lie and pretend all the illegals swarming the country now are Trump's fault. Look at the audience just being uninterested in this revisionist history.

Whatever happened to the Blue Lives Matter/Back the Blue movement after 2020?
Everybody got to watch the cops kneel in solidarity as a bunch of trust fund (((kids))) and their nigger attack dogs pillaged the downtown districts of every major city in the country.

We also got to watch the mulatto hordes be turned away in fear from the suburbs by a bunch of plumbers and electricians with AR-15s.

A lot of people put 2 and 2 together and decided that supporting law enforcement might be detrimental to any community that had any semblance of traditional American values.

They weren't just "doing their job." They were following orders from city officials to specifically not to their job.

With all due respect, you're incorrect on my perception of reality. I've knew for years that police are state funded, and are run by the state. There's obviously a political bias with how law and order is enacted in many metropolitan cities and country areas. That is true.

But, I cannot help but laugh at the downfall of the Back the Blue sentiment when it was learnt that the police are not your friends. However, that doesn't mean that police should act with complete immunity or that you should not respect their authority. I don't need a movement to understand that a police officer has authority over the average citizen or that said authority can be abused at any time.

I'm more neutral with policing through principle, until I see a story where their authority was horribly misused either on ground level or state side.

From my observations police and law enforcement like them are generally aligned with the local politics of their jurisdiction within reason for better and for worse. Their all human at the end of the day and must answer to someone else for their job as far as political matters are concerned. Metropolitan police are likely to make it hard for anything right-wing related and rural authorities like most county sheriffs and small town police forces won't tolerate left-wing nonsense typically. If you want to protest, hold an assembly or have a rally somewhere, pick your spot very carefully and consider the ideological leanings of the location before doing anything.

All of them deserve to have body cameras for entertai transparency though.

I doubt there will be much cop killing by that point. A lot of cops I know have a bug-out plan for them and their families if it reaches that level of instability.
Not really.

If Civil War happens, the police (and this is a case by case basis as there is no one size fits all) will either A. fence sit/try and stay neutral and keep order in their towns and community on the basis that it's safer for everyone if they sit out the Civil War ala how many communities and towns during the American Revolution were neutral and waited to see which side of that conflict won B. Overtly take a side to the bitter end of the conflict C. Take a side but do so quietly so they can spy/sabotage things D. abandon ship and join the horde of civil war refugees.

What's happening now?

Recessions, bad jobs, energy crisis, high prices, sky rocketing inflation...and how much responsibile have Bidens team taken? None. Climate change is because of guns and big cars, woke pushback is because of nazis, there are more jobs than evaaa! (don't believe your lying eyes) and on and on.

If the media darlings are in the white house, nothing that goes wrong will be their fault. Just look at the mountain of 180s, hypocrisy and ackshuallys that the media did when it became apparent that he was more physically incapable of the position than Trump. What about the 1000's of stories about how trump would start a war. Yet here we are, in a war.

If the uniparty get in, so does the propaganda party. If the 'good guys' get in, then the media will attack them. Nothing new under the sun

I've mentioned before but the Democrats are in a "fucked if you do, fucked if you don't" placeI where by invoking pestilence to fuck up the economy to get rid of Trump, they basically fucked up their time table for the Great Depression 2.0 so that it might happen BEFORE their original deadline of 2030 for when the economy will die screaming on them. To the point that it might happen BEFORE Biden's first term is up or even DURING Biden's second term if he gets elected.

It's poison chalice territory at this point. The Democrats are potentially FUCKED if they re-elect Biden and the economy crashes on his watch. But if they had any brains, they'd let Trump get re-elected and then basically revoke all Jewish tricks being used to keep the economy from dying and let it crash and burn on Trump's watch.

I didn't know Trump officially won reelection in 2020 🤨
All things are Trumps' fault. Tunguska? Trumpian airbursting meteor. Titanic? Trump himself signed an executive order instructing the White Star Line to ignore ice reports on the Atlantic crossing. Loma Prieta earthquake? He phoned it in to the hollow earth reptiloids to shake the god damn ground for comedic effect.

You missed my point. Police were not supposed to be instruments of the state. That's part of why we have a separate type of police, state troopers, who have jurisdiction over highways etc.
Police were not intended to be weapons of the state, they were intended to be utilized by local government to keep order and civility among the communities they come from. We could fill another thread with arguments over how that turned out, but this trend of using cops as a proto-standing army to be used by state and federal government at whim should disturb everyone. In the 90s they at least had the balls to use their own goon squads with the FBI, now they pluck them from amongst our own.

There's a difference between policing and soldiering. Police protect and serve a community. Soldiers occupy territory. When you combine the two, your community turns into combatants. I believe The Wire touches on this. See The War on Drugs as an excellent example of this in action.

Police shouldn't have tanks

The North Hollywood Shootout was the worst thing that ever happened to the common man.
