The home he's at is only transitional, basically a halfway house training him to get a job and move out. If he spends the rest of his days in a home, it won't be this one

I thought he only went to the current one he is in as his lawyer did not want him sitting in jail until his hearing on the 8th. After all, the one he is currently in does not accept people who have committed sexual crimes and Chris has not been officially convicted yet.

Chris cannot be rehabilitated, so I have no doubt he will probably be transferred to a housing facility that is meant to warehouse permanent residents.

I'm not sure how they do things in Virginia, and I'm even less informed in how tards are dealt with in general, so forgive me if I'm missing something

Chris has such an odd bodytype, I wouldn't normally call a man shaped like this "fat"
chubby, maybe... perhaps a little 'larger', but his body is still mostly straight and his arms and legs are reasonably sized, he just has a strange shape to him and his tits are definitely disproportionate to the amount of fat on the rest of his body

has he been receiving HRT in jail? iirc someone managed to get him to an actual doctor who somehow allowed him a prescription, and assuming jails just give you the medication youre owed no questions asked, he was probably taking the stuff
in which case who knows what other damage it's done to it's body. excess estrogen is dangerous even for the healthiest of people, and Chris isnt that...

Could it be that the jail staff made him walk around daily?

Far as I know, jails are not usually equipped properly for exercise etc, but there was probably a hall or a yard they took him too.

Even if his obviously terrible health and condition wasn’t their fault when he came in, they wouldn’t want to risk him managing to get an ambulance chaser to try and sue them once he was out.

I say this because sometimes I spot older ladies who have similar bodies to Chris, and they just seem to do “power walking”.

Nah, he's fat. He also doesn't have much muscle mass and thus his body is oddly shaped. Add his diet plus whatever hormones he took and his body is not normal

That body shape is very much a "male" one, imho. Most of the men I know that have some extra weight on them lean towards having some stomach, but no real extra weight in the arms, legs, or butt areas. I've never seen a woman with that fat distribution when they're more than a few pounds over, which he tends to be from what I've seen?
