Considered it too, because there is a decent enough idea buried in his shit prose and zero dimensional writing. Decided not to because ideas are never a problem for me, time is. I'd rather devote my little available writing time to my own worlds, not Fatrick's shit.

It's actually the one place I feel slightly sorry for/pity Fatrick for. Having decent ideas for stories and not being able to do justice to them is a special sort of hell.

Did I catch this correctly? Pat is claiming the Pests' Christmas Carnage book was taken down because of copyright? When he hasn't even finished his own book? How could they have copied his book when there are at least two other versions out there by other authors with the same theme and similar titles? Why was the book taken down?

It was taken down because Amazon, like most platforms, places the burden of defending any DMCA claim in the “offending” party, regardless of the facts and circumstances. It was the same way he and Creepy Uncle Paul caused so much havoc with the old OnA subreddit. No one was going to reveal their true identity to fight the claims, regardless of how they were totally lacking in merit.

But you can do it through an attorney and not divulge your info. Obviously their choice and all that and of course it's bull that Amazon does copyright stuff that way.

IANAL, but maybe someone as litigious as Pat could argue that it violates right of first publication. "The aTalker childs stole my idea!", or something like that.

Not that that's how it works, AFAIK. A parody of an unpublished work is still that, a parody, not a replacement of the real thing.

What really repulses me about Pat's appearance is just how terribly he dresses. He dresses like a frat boy: backwards cap, graphic tee, probably sneakers that are a mish-mash of neon colors.

Less people would make fun of him for being fat if he actually decided to dress well. At least then it would show he has some standards and signs of self-respect.
