Even though it may go nowhere, it's very easy for the well needed opposition to use their negligent behavior against them.

I'd like to point out how my distinguished competitor treats your tax dollars. and how much they devalue the rule of law. You can clearly see how this revolting monster, wants to run your state. the same way every other crook gets into office and for the same goals. To take your hard earned money, and use it to attack your well established moral standing. The rules do not apply to them and their degenerate, sex pest flunkies. If you care about a safe place to raise your children, you will stay clear of this animal.

The complaint is that Zac received donations to his 2024 campaign account without having closed his 2022 campaign account, which to be honest does not strike me as particularly explosive. I did laugh when I saw the bit about Zac owing $278.93 to the Billings Times since April 2022, though. Pay up deadbeat!

I'll upload the PDF later when I figure out how to make it smaller and keep it readable; it's a scan of a printed document so each page is an image and it's huge.

On the claim that "RCTs would be unethical", the proposals I've seen for RCTs for gender dysphoria are typically psychotherapy plus puberty blockers/cross-sex hormones for the treatment group, and psychotherapy alone (perhaps plus placebo) for the control group. Obviously this is unacceptable to Tony because he considers psychotherapy to be "conversion therapy".

It seems he continues to believe that RCTs are necessarily blinded (whether single or double), which is not the case.

Edit: I've been through his blog post now. It's garbage. I can't tell whether Tony is deliberately trying to mislead people, or he's trying to convince himself. Here's a list of the "greatest hits" that appear:
Another day, another load of nonsense from Tony. Only one treatment approach to gender dysphoria is acceptable to him: puberty blockers for children followed by cross-sex hormones for adolescents and adults. Anything else is "conversion therapy" or "unethical". Tony says that "there is no level of evidence that will ever be acceptable to those seeking to ban gender affirming care" — "And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?"

Ultimately Tony will never abandon this position (unless he detransitions or, er, joins the detransition of the 41%) because he believes (or at least professes to believe!) that trans-identified people are "born in the wrong body". He is like a lobotomy dead-ender who is convinced beyond reason that the mentally ill have a malignant extra connection in the brain that must be surgically severed.

Depressed people and schizos don't kill themselves or do permanent harm to themselves if they don't have treatment you fucking scum, trans people see through placebos because their hurt is so deep that if they don't they fucking kill themselves instantly.

And no one's ever suffered harm or inhabilitation from a seizure, duuuuuh. They'll be out for what? A minute? Then they're super normal and happy the rest of the day because they're cis. God, can't believe your medical knowledge is so lacking.

Attached is a straightened, OCR'd and smaller version of the Montana Freedom Caucus campaign finance complaint against Zac, which includes some back-and-forth emails to Zac's staff about him not closing his 2022 campaign account.

I've removed the 50-odd pages at the end which are just a print out of contribution records. Instead I've attached two "CSV" files (fields separated by | ) for his 2022 and 2024 campaigns.

I've looked at Zac's 2022 contributions before, and they're pretty boring. I've not yet looked at his 2024 contributions, but there's a lot more of them: 671 reported already (June 30 cut-off), vs 189 total for his 2022 campaign. Montana's campaign finance database is here.

Text of the complaint itself (excluding the evidence):
Montana Freedom Caucus said:
  • Representative Zooey Zephyr violated Montana's campaign finance law by fund raising for and paying expenses related to a 2024 campaign for House District 95 while his 2022 campaign for House District 100 was still active. (See FOIA information attached and CERS data)
  • The 2024 campaign registration was filed but never approved due to the 2022 campaign being active. (See FOIA information attached)
  • Rep. Zephyr was informed that there could be no fund raising or expenditures for the '24 campaign until '22 was closed out. (See FOIA information attached).
  • Rep. Zephyr raised and expended funds related to the '24 campaign despite this restriction. This includes the fact that there are no in kind donations listed or valued despite traveling the country and speaking. (See FOIA information attached and CERS data)
This violates -

Montana ARM 44.11.702(1) - because Rep. Zephyr's last C5 report for 2022 reflects all expenditures as surplus balance contributions, not campaign expenditures.

Generally to convert you subtract one increment from the effective cup size for each two inches the back size goes up, so 36D = 32B in effective breast size

It's always hilarious when you see some neckbeard bragging about their 40DD bra size when it's basically the equivalent of a 32A on an actual woman

It just shows how little they know about women

Here are are two tables showing Zac's campaign contributions by state, along with the total number of donations (not individual donors).

Zac's already raised more from California for his 2024 campaign than he raised from Montana for his entire 2022 campaign, and the 2022 Montana total includes $2,000 from his party.

In total he got $21,364.93 in contributions for his 2022 campaign, but has already raised $67,329 for his 2024 campaign.

No, it's as you go up in cup size, you go down in band size. A 36D is the same as a 40B. The terminology is "sister sizes"

If a guy says he has 40DDs he's probably buying the 40DD bra, but the cup must fit horribly. Since male chests are incredibly wide, the band size 40 is what fits him but 40A and 40Bs are rarely ever made. The minimum cup size that is manufactured in 40 band for most brands is C and I remember those being hard to find when I was a child. I bet if he took proper measurements it'll be a 40B but since women's breasts are fuller than manboobs it still probably wouldn't fit.

I had a quick look at the employers of the people donating to Zac's campaigns.

Big tech is especially well represented, with (among others) donations from employees of Amazon, Apple, Google, IBM, Microsoft, Nvidia and Oracle.

As is the media, with donations from people at CBS, Cox, Disney, HBO, NPR and Warner Brothers.

And, naturally, because Zac is so ✨progressive✨, donations from employees of arms manufacturers BAE Systems, L3Harris, and Raytheon.

Legally? A fine. Which the Democrats will pay for him.

Campaign finance violations are news fodder and legal harassment. Basically what they're alleging is probably correct and Zach stupidly never closed the 2022 campaign because of that outstanding debt. Everything else is mostly just suggesting there's smoke since they can't outright allege that Zach is using campaign funds improperly as it's too hard to prove. I wouldn't entirely be surprised if Zach was doing this because he's pretty stupid but I would have figured someone backing his trips might have wanted to make sure the funds were separated for these. National groups tend to be better about this because FEC penalties have the potential of being harsher. If he did it and there's proof, he'll have to reimburse his campaign. I don't know Montana law specifics and haven't looked them up but this is the case for most state laws. If he's even stupider and spent a shit load of the campaign funds already that might actually potentially boost it up to a criminal level.

Politically, it only matters if somebody's running against him. It's quite early for that in a minor state race, it might convince someone to run though if this is the start of Zach's problems.

I would assume the Republicans normally bulk grab all the Democrats every quarter and someone noticed Zach rather than them looking at him specifically. Though the amount of money he's brought in for an uncompetitive race would draw attention even if he hadn't had his little worldwide famous protest.
