There is no excuse for what Chris has done and what he has become, but the notion that the shit he went through had no effect on him or reinforced his behavior is farcical.
It's like the saying goes. Mental illness is not your fault, but it is your responsibility.

So if Barb didn't cooperate or consent to a rape kit, and if they have no way of convicting Chris would they use the leaked audios as evidence or if Chris did admit to "soul bonding" with Barb then would he still go to a group home or be place in jail? or would he be sent back to 14 BC?

He won't be back to 14BC, that far is certain. I could see an acquittal from charges with a permanent restraining order issued, maybe a group home placement as permanent now that I think of it more.

I'd love to see Chandler v Virginia in front of the Supreme Court in the case the incest is deemed consensual, would bring a healthy dose of laughs. Especially if it singlehandedly strikes down all 48 of the incest bans (NJ and RI have legal consensual incest) and is held as landmark as Lawrence v Texas.

Would Chris and his lawyer really wanna go that route? Chris definitely but his public attorney probably wants to wash his hands of this shitshow. He’s one of the few people in Christory who managed to come out untrolled and unharmed

Eh, one last truly lulzy moment from Chris would be a fairly fitting sendoff to the OG cow. Besides, I doubt it's going to be labeled as consensual.
