@Null I hate to have to break this to a guy who "does his own research" and "doesn't fall for media propaganda" but when it comes to Katrina/New Orleans you bought the propaganda. It didn't "take a really long time" for Fema to begin distributing relief supplies, it took them 5 days. Just like it took 5 days to begin distributing supplies after Andew in south Florida, just like it ALWAYS takes FEMA 5 days to begin distributing relief supplies after a major storm. Thats WHY FEMA reccomends folks living in hurricane prone areas have a minimum of 5 days worth of food and water. What made Katrina's aftermath so bad is what makes everything in America so bad.
