I was thinking about this, "What could Bob do to turn his life around?" Well, I think a lot of stuff is forever out of reach for Bob now. However, in my thinking most problems in life can be solved with money, so, how could Bob make more money? I think this is Blobby and Silverman not understanding what fair use is, as well as not understanding what transformative content is. For example if all of Blobbo's content got fed into an AI model like ChatGPT, and then it was asked to write a review like Moviebob would not infringe on any of Blobby's trademarked content if he has any. It would be the same as a person watching a bunch of Blobbo's work and then writing a review in his style, though less likely to make you retarded if you make the AI do it.
