2008 Mustang with 160k+ miles on it, is a collector car? It's not even the 5 liter. Pretty lame Pat, you claim your some kind of "car guy" and you're driving a 15 year-old, soccer-moms midlife crisis, "sports car". Real mustangs are 5.0, everything else is for people who just want to pretend they have the 5 liter. And Ford did in fact make a 4 cylinder Mustang, it was for faggots who wanted a mustang but, couldn't handle paying for the gasoline of a real one.

I'm really looking forward to this court date. I really think Null is right, I think he literally cannot process the fact he has already lost, he legally owes a fuck-ton of money, a fuck-ton of money lost due to his poor judgement, idiocy, arrogance, whatever. I have to imagine reality is going to hit him somewhere in that courtroom. I have to imagine the day of he's going to get a few hundred messages along the lines of "enjoy prison, stalker" "looks like you are going to pay quasi after all, liar" he might have a literal stroke over it. No matter what happens, I think it's going to be fucking hilarious, I really really want to see him spend a day in jail, I think he's definitely capable of outright telling a judge he is refusing to pay and face the consequences.

Now that I have had some time to think about it, it's kind of funny how the journalist has come to the conclusion that Fatrick has brought this upon himself and is a massive smug retard that he wants nothing to do with anymore. Correct me if I am wrong, but the initial start of this podcast was to feel bad about fatrick right? But the second he starts getting push back from the journalist, he starts being a smug cunt.

Hey Quasi or OnA guys, see if you can get Fat's segments on the podcast admitted into evidence. I am sure the judge will enjoy hearing Fatrick state that the court's decision doesn't really count and he has the only story. Should help with his contempt of court hearing
 
What does Fatrick think the contempt hearing is for? He's going on all these podcasts and is just flat out stating "NO CHILD, I WILL NOT PAY QUASI. YES I AM IN CONTEMPT OF THE COURT ORDER, ENJOY PRISON STALKER!".

All Quasi's lawyers are gonna have to do is play the direct statements from him to get the judge on their side.

He says he's "been fighting" the original judgement but I don't think he's actually done anything. He claimed in that Pests interview that his lawyers didn't tell him he could appeal, but I'm pretty sure it's because that would require him to spend his own money and the writers union cut him off after blowing $100K on the suit. I guess leave it to Fatrick to think that sitting on your ass is "fighting".

He has an amazing talent to make anyone who may be sympathetic to him turn into someone that actively hates him with very little interaction. It borders on being a superpower for Fatrick.

Pat and Niki both claim they did not know that losing and being forced to pay costs was even a possibility, which really underscores how supremely overconfident Rick is.

Who goes through all the effort of starting a lawsuit without knowing you can:

1 - Lose
2 - Appeal

I've never been anywhere near a lawsuit but I knew those things by the time I was about 10 just by watching the news. That's like driving a car and not knowing that you could crash it, or use the brakes.

I have clipped the relevant portion where he speaks with Pat and Niki. This is very worth a listen, it's only 4 minutes long and it's Pat at some of his most retarded. The conversation is mostly Pat but Niki chimes in occasionally. Pat continuing to deny payment of the debt, and his bullheadedness when he claims that he's going to court on August 24th to tell his side of the story, like he didn't learn that doesn't work from the Andrew Nadolski case, is just insane. If I didn't see Pat with my own eyes I wouldn't believe he's real.
