I think the pessimism here for me, and likely others, stems from the fact that Lolcows tend to get away with an inordinate amount of bullshit in courts. DSP got of scott free, Ron Toye and his bitch wife won money, and think how long it took Chris Chan to get his legal comeuppance (he had to rape his mom to get any!).

The judge might just be in a good mood on August 24th and that’s all it takes for us to have a nothing burger/ get blue balled.

ETA: as far as I know neither Russel Greer nor Melinda Scott have been found to be vexatious litigants either.

I just finished listening to episode 4, seemed like a pretty fair and balanced telling of events. Of course, because it's not a total ballwashing for Rick he spergs out and makes another enemy of someone that was trying to help him.

I know Rackets has fallen out of favor over the last year or so but he and Sriracha reading Greer's book is one of my favorite series on youtube, I've probably listened through the whole thing four or five times since last November, and a few times prior to that as well. You can check out the playlist here. It's missing the final chapter which has Null as a very special guest so you might have to search for that once you get to the end. It's also missing a few of the bonus streams which are equally amazing, like the interview with one of his old bosses. I might have to make a full playlist sometime, I had one saved that someone else had made but it seems to be gone now and I don't feel like doxing myself tonight lol.
