Mike David / Red Bar Radio / Jules Felker David - "Where we at with Red Bar?"

On a separate note, I would like to know how long it takes for the average podcast listener to grow bored of a show and jump ship. I tune into the free episodes sometimes but I hardly finish them anymore. Mike suddenly looking/sounding 60 years old and breaking out into kratom/opioid sweats every 2 hours is a depressing and boring.
I don't know what it is across the board, but I listened to Redbar for about 2 years before I eventually got bored with it and moved on. I've done the same with maybe 3 or 4 other podcasts. Maybe it's different for other people but I'd assume 2 years is the magic number for a show like this unless you just so happen to develop a lifelong obsession for it.

You don't need an active membership to be in the BBG. If you start shit, Mike tends to look up your account and check then.

While I like the new set, the show most certainly has gotten more boring IMO. The hiatus left a bad taste in my mouth and he doesn't make me laugh much anymore. I haven't watched an episode in months. Maybe I'll try watching the latest free episode, but my hopes aren't very high.

I still can’t believe how Mike went from having a really good show with an actual audience, money and good cohosts and was consistently the #1 podcast on iTunes in 2007 to absolute unlistenable hours long dogshit about overthinking the twitter posts of nobodies only his terminally online Facebook group members would understand. He like actively destroyed his own career and socially ostracized himself from everyone who ever cared about him or was friends with him because he thought it was gay to be friends with men and thought he’d be so much better off by refusing to work with everyone. I can’t believe he’s still even doing a “show” to what much be a double digit audience instead of getting a real job but I guess he pissed away all the skills he actually had. Truly a sad story, but really only unique to Mike himself because no functional human being would ever destroy their life at the top of their game like Mike would as a “joke” to “own” one or two open micers

Let’s face it, what else could this pathetic loser be doing with his life? I mean seriously, he's so devoid of any talent or purpose these days that it’s laughable to even think he could be doing something remotely productive with his time. And it’s not like Michael has any hobbies or social life to speak of, so his lonely ass is probably at home 24/7 rotting away to Youtube content and god knows what other degenerate shit he indulges in.

I think Michael's just so consumed by his own insecurities that he can’t even loosen up and be himself anymore. And the mind numbingly boring content he uploads these days is just him trying to play it safe and avoid content that might expose him to criticism. So he resorts to the same old tried-and-true talking points, same old pathetic stories of him at the hairdresser/restaurant/dispensary, same old embarrassing rants that lead to nothing, like anyone gives a single shit about any of those things. I get that there's absolutely nothing going on in that medicated life of his that's worth sharing, but is that really all this midget can come up with? It’s almost like he's begging the internet to mock him and make him feel even more worthless than he already is.

Just started watching the show, it's decent background noise while playing a game or something. I wish there was a decent clip channel but I haven't been able to find much on YouTube.

Apparently he has some kind of sickness, I'm not sure what exactly but he mentions it in the opener to season 21. I don't think he's revealed it but that could be the reason for the hiatus or being less entertaining, but I'm not too familiar with the lore.

I love watching Michael struggle to maintain his “nice guy” facade:

The midge shamelessly pointed in Julienne’s direction while blabbering on about having a low opinion of someone. Just watch how he stumbles mid-sentence after realizing his slip up, and then tries to backpedal with that “when you think so lit-, lit…..uggghhhhh….. so small of somebody” comment. Michael even had the audacity to claim he uses the “who would know better?” line “all the time” during arguments. And since we know he doesn’t have any real life friends outside of Salvatore, I can only assume those arguments are with Julienne. I mean, who else could this midget be talking about? It’s just so painfully obvious.

I feel like Michael never misses an opportunity to make snarky comments about Julienne on the show. And what’s even crazier is that she actually laughs them off, pretending like his degrading remarks are nothing but harmless “jokes”. But sadly, every negative thing he says about her comes from a place of sincerity. When he tells us her breath and pussy “stinks”, he really means it. When he tells us stories about her incompetence (like wearing ugly outfits that embarrass him, or forgetting to bring utensils to the park), he genuinely thinks she’s too dumb to handle anything on her own. Even in the way he looks at her when she speaks, you can see the contempt all over his face.

And Julienne’s so emotionally broken that she actually convinces herself that his verbal abuse is justified, and ends up blaming herself instead. Just imagine being in her shoes, hearing nothing but critiques and insults that validate your worst fears about yourself. It probably feels nerve-wracking to have a partner that always nitpicks at every little flaw you have, while making you feel worthless for having them. I’m sure Julienne’s constantly on edge around him nowadays, scared shitless that she'll make a single wrong move that could set him off again. And if Sven’s allegations are true, this midget clearly gets a sick thrill out of screaming at her and watching her burst into tears, because it happens all the time.

Which leads me to this deeply concerning clip:

I think Michael’s “premonition” should be taken very seriously. This has all the makings of another Michael Peterson, where she catches him indulging in his sick, degenerate fantasies, and he panics and does the unthinkable out of shame. And if he’s been "out and about" these days like Julienne claims, I'm amazed that she still hasn't caught on to what's really going on by now. Poor girl. I wouldn’t even wish her life on Michael.

You have to be Josh Denny

Mike's critics in this thread are humorless losers and actual schizophrenics, which is unfortunate because Redbar has legitimately become absolute shit. It has unfortunately become the kind of show he would have mocked just a few years ago.

Each and every show now spends 1-3 hours on "Redbar in the wild" which is just him getting off being mentioned on other podcasts and playing the clips repeatedly. It's unlistenable and something that he would have obliterated someone else for doing a few years ago.

He's also become strangely political under the guise of "I'm not being political!!!!" A cornerstone of Redbar has always been being anti-politicians & hating politics. It's one of the things that has made the show great.

Unfortunately, now the show has become yet another left-leaning culture mouthpiece. "I've always hated politics in shows!" he declares as he spends two hours bashing conservatives because he didn't like a country song? IDK, as a long-time Redbar fan this political bent is so weird. I could forgive it if it were funny, but it's not! Jules and the chat regulars might be laughing because they/we like Mike, but no one really wants to see Redbar become a slightly-wittier Ethan Klein/Hasan show.

I gotta agree that the alogs give the paypigs an excuse to say SEE GUISE REDBAR MAKES RETARDS SEETH , which I've seen so many times and I only read up to page 16, but Mike is truly an insufferable guy. I tried to watch him; I watched his mersh takedown video, his Sai Zon Zee video, etc., but the common thing with those 1 hour stretched clips is that the only funny moments are the clips he plays, like mershs hair cut or Sai Zon Zees mom shutting down his stream, but Redbar does not do the funny and just comes off as a butthurt midget merchent rubbing his hands at the thought of Chris Dialia saying something stupid on a podcast.

TLDR: redbar bad

You conservatives are so sensitive. Is he supposed to devote an equal amount of time to making fun of both sides each episode? He was making fun of Obama and trannys like Jeffrey Star and Dylan Mulvaney in the same episode but you're upset just because you're into that awful new country song that you think is really deep and profound.

It's okay to make fun of conservatives, many of them are fat retards. Da culture wars have mentally ruined so many people that you all think if someone makes fun of a conservative they must be a full on trans rights supporting libtard. I don't think you have to worry about the guy who says nigger every episode turning into the next Ethan/Hasan show.

It's also okay to not want gay ass political segments from Mike fucking David. Funny you mention trans rights, though, since he now takes time out of every show to talk about how cool trans people are and --hot take-- it's the people bashing trans people who are dumb! Wow! What cutting edge material.

It's not "conservative" to hate Red bar political segments. I'm just someone who's liked the show since 09 and doesn't want the show to go the direction so many dumb shows have.

In the latest episode he repeatedly said all trannys are guys and are disgusting. And it is dumb to be obsessed with trannys 24/7 like Matt Walsh and Joe Rogan.

Yet you're only upset when conservatives are being made fun of. You're not crying over Ethan, Hasan, iDubbz, or George Floyd being mocked.

When you think about it, Michael’s the retarded midget in the comedy scene that everyone feels bad for, so they almost let him “win” by allowing him to spew whatever nonsense he pleases without smashing him back. Sure you'll have guys like Shuli who go out of their way to stroke his fragile ego by acknowledging his former talents out of pity, but those are few and far between. But it’s hilarious how Michael went from being this internet badass who struck fear into everyone’s hearts to becoming a quivering, pathetic mess as fast as he did. Even the people who despised the midge couldn’t be bothered to waste their time on him anymore because he’s just too worthless to bother with.

FWIW, I agree with your take on the “Red Bar in the Wild” segment. Michael's literally begging his viewers to spread that around so he can crowdsource acknowledgements of his mere existence. It’s like he’s so desperate to prove his worth to his fans that he’s willing to show off any clip he can find of a comedian/podcast saying his name, as if that's some kind of monumental accomplishment worth bragging about. I mean seriously, imagine the mental gymnastics this midget must be doing to convince himself that he's a hotshot rubbing elbows with the big boys, all because someone happened to mention his name in passing. Maybe if he took off those oversized sunglasses and faced reality like the rest of us, he wouldn't be this fucking delusional?

Jules has him on kike crack, so he's too high to understand what anybody is saying aside from pressing the sound board. and Saying FOOL Redbar is like if Howard Stern went through a wormhole and added 40 years to his life. and Jules is his robin.

Well, the “Red Bar Symposium” show was just another slap in the face to his entire fanbase. Michael pre-warned everyone in E07 that it would be nothing more than a lousy “bonus show”, and boy was he right. This dumbass spent a whole fucking hour rambling on about his obsession with mops and vacuums, going on and on about different brands, features, and god knows what else. And if that wasn’t insulting enough, this midget had the nerve to whip out a 20 minute Youtube clip of some woman reviewing a mop he recently purchased, just so he could rub it in everyone’s face. Like seriously, no one’s paying $11 a month to listen to a “comedian” patronize his fans with filler bullshit like that.

Michael really is the textbook definition of a pathetic loser. Anyone can tell he hardly goes out or does anything worth mentioning on the show, because he just rambles on to fill 6 hours with whatever his simulant-fueled brain can come up with. And because Michael never leaves his apartment, has no friends, and is a neurotic mess, all he can talk about are his supplements, the TV shows and podcasts he watches, or his latest impulse buys of the week. I can’t even count how many times this midget’s started with “I can’t believe” or “remember when you were a kid” before going on another pointless, off-topic tangent that no one asked for. But hey, who needs friends or hobbies for content ideas when you can just rot away like a pathetic loser and drown in your own misery? Right, Michael?

In all seriousness, it’s genuinely embarrassing how this midget struts around as if he's some kind of podcasting superstar, when in reality he's nothing more than a complete joke. And no matter how hard he tries, he’ll never be anything more than that.

It angers me that these lazy kikes named Mike, like Mike David, Mike Enoch, etc., can do these boring shows that are essentially filibustering their own show for hours on end, and the paypigs eat it up; they never revolt. It blows my mind. Redbar is one of the worst podcasts I've ever watched, and I'm tired of Mike fans pretending it's not
