I think the midge struggles with gender dysphoria, so he’s just siding with any party that pretends to care about his identity crisis. And surprise, surprise, that happens to be the left.

Also, I love how Michael just gives himself permission to take ridiculously long breaks between shows, as if he didn’t commit to a seven day turnaround for S21 just months ago. This midget could barely handle the burden of showing up to work for a few hours every two weeks, and now even that’s too much for him. I wonder what his childish excuse is going to be this time? Because it seems like he has an unlimited supply of dumbass justifications for being lazy, like the “I sleep later now” excuse he used last time. glad i stopped paying for this shit a decade ago, he's done less episodes now than he did last season and that one sucked too. just the covid-era has been shit for Redbar. which is ironic considering his newfound fame. In terms of his style or sense of humor he's just your average gen X'r who wants to act like the snarky teenager on every 80s and 90s sitcom. as to what he believes it's no different than the shit Stern or OnA would say when they were at their peaks even tho Mike shits on all of them. He's not that unique in any of that. I always preferred Mike to them mostly cause it's been an internet show, and those similarities were very clear especially earlier in redbar's life.

He's got good radio chops and is quick-witted, though, which is something I've always liked about Mike. I also do like that he's enthusiastic about shit like fashion, food and current music since that's shit I'm excited about too and most heavily-online people either shit on all of it or think they're hip for liking the same shitty 3 things.

The show has been rebooted a number of times in its history and it really needs another. I keep listening to shows ~2015 and it's pretty clear the current format has run its course and is nowhere near as fresh as it was then. Back in those days you couldn't find this sorta thing in this format but there's now 500 yt channels doing what Mike's doing on Redbar c. 2023.

I at least hope Mike has Sven on. I'm pretty sure his Kickstarter is ending pretty soon so it wouldn't be a bad time to shill it again to a fanbase familiar with him.
