This is an in-person hearing yes? No Zoom? Maybe I'm a fucking idiot but, if I were in driving distance I'd show up for that hearing, just put my cell on record and drop in a shirt pocket, maybe it would pickup audio maybe it wouldn't. I've been to court a few times civil and criminal, I only saw one guy get tossed by the bailiff he was dumb enough to show up with a sign, a cardboard 2'X3' sign, something about how the bank that was trying to forclose on him was bad or something. It's been a long time since I've been to court for anything but, do the bailiffs actually take the time to individually check phones?

  • To know what your kids are doing online. Know the sites they visit and have your computer in a high-traffic area of the house.

Fatty must have concocted a plan in his drunken stupor. Two attorneys to dispute two judgments for 11k and 23k.
However, he has already agreed to pay and theres about 20k interest on top of that. He will also have to pay both attorneys for their services regardless of what happens.
I'm not sure what I am seeing here. Is it desperation? Does he genuinely think he has a chance to convince the judge he is a poor victim of cyber terrorists?

Whatever it is, it sure is entertaining.

I would definitely not advise doing something like this. The repercussions if caught would not be fun and would only make Fatty Pat happy.

Inshallah there will be a few more chances for streamed court appearances.

He'll dump em immediately after they demand payment. Based off the reviews it looks like Fatrick just googled "LAWYER FOR STALKER CHILD" and picked the first result. Then they'll sue him for non-payment and he'll end up with two suits for the price of one.

I hope they realize that when this goes the way it inevitably will, and Pat has run out all the time he possibly can with whatever child brained delays, feet dragging, obstinacy and general FATness, he's just going to not pay them too, since they won't be able to get him the result he wants, he will feel under no obligation to pay them.
Fat is the kind of client you'd think most businesses if they are aware of who he is would demand payment in full upfront, or just refuse to deal with him.

If the lawyers have any sense they will have demanded thousands upfront. Hell, that’s what happened for me the one time I had to hire a lawyer, even though I got it all back later after the costs order was paid. Also I wasn’t a known retard with a record of stiffing previous lawyers, and had an objectively solid case. Neither of which applies to piggy. I’m sure the pests will have educated the lawyers on those points by now. They aren’t exactly shy about doing those type of public services.
