There's pretty much absolute immunity for the pleadings themselves, at least as filed in court, but if you repeat the same allegations out of court or republish the defamatory pleadings, the absolute immunity does not apply to the republication.

True, but if you’re a plaintiff pleading false allegations or claims you have no reasonable basis for, that can help support an abuse of process claim if your case gets thrown out or you lose. And, crazy cases involving celebrities [Trump, OJ, et al] notwithstanding, pleading falsehoods and Fat Jackie-style conspiracy theories tends to be a sign that you have no real case anyway.
You're immune as to defamation. The pleading itself could be sanctionable, or if sworn could contain perjury, but there's an absolute privilege as against defamation.

Today was crazy. Pat looked defeated. He’s going to scan documents tonight and post them. He said he wasn’t going because he knew the police would get involved. Dan was escorted to and from the courtroom by the bailiff. Patrick’s outburst in court was something he never witnessed before. Fatrick lost his mind and was screaming before court and inside the court that he wanted Dan arrested for multiple felonies against his family.
Did the judge address the screaming at dan at all?
