I've seen this quoted all over the place. It requires a pretty broad reading of the meaning of "insurrection"; in fact, one so broad that half of congress (and every Democrat that called Al Gore Mr President in 2000) would be disqualified. It also ignores the fact that, under section 5, congress has to specifically disbar such people from office. It isn't something that can just be assumed through the courts. Congress has to legislate, or otherwise act, to enforce it.

So, if we just follow this man's legal theory, we can have every Republican and every Democrat thrown off all the ballots... I say we hear him out.

If you've been watching the news the past 12 months theres been strange fires and infrastructure "accidents" not only in the US. But across the Western world.

Maui is still under a general media blackout.

Fires have been starting in British Columbia with people saying the circumstances surrounding it and the authorities responses are disturbingly similar to the Maui situation.

2 Months ago Greece was hit with 667 FIres, the Government came out and said it was arson.

Somebody wants you to take climate change seriously.

The first big obvious symptom will be safety measures and the like failing because they either don't know how to do shit safely or can't manage it even when they try.

It's so easy to blame all these disasters on some DIE hire who was pushed past their ability and thus we get these flare ups of explosions, plant failure and fires.

I kinda hope its the Eco-fascists as that's an easier problem to solve then the fact our whole society is now in danger thanks to a bunch of DIE hires.

It does not surprise me. Chemical facilities are a nightmare of aging equipment and poor maintenance. They've been exploding and catching on fire for decades. This is just one of the incidents that happened to be catastrophic.

Absolutely. Normally, this would be where unions step in to demand better working conditions, better training, and time for maintenance, but they've all been subverted and now only serve as a means to punish dissent from current dogma. Unions all over the western world seem to be either buck-broken (the railway workers union in the US, for instance) or actively demand policies detrimental to their own members interests (UNITE, CGT, DGB, and so on are all totally invested in diversity initiatives and minority worship). In any place with a strong union presence, any apparent competence crisis will be downstream of that as well.
