This post makes me ponder. If this medical drain needs a kidney transplant as a last resort would she even qualify? I can't imagine whoever determines transplant list status would look at someone like this who willingly subjected themselves to medical interference to the point it destroyed her kidney function and think they deserve to be on the list over someone who needs a kidney purely from chance or otherwise from accident/damage they did not cause.

I wonder if cutting off her flesh lump and urethral lengthening back to it's natal configuration would even save her at this point.

Vaginolplasty: Ramineni - 1 day post op ​

First off I identify as Non-Binary Genderfluid, and my overall transition goals are as such.

So uh yeah almost 1 day post, my surgery was yesterday at 12pm and it took a bit over 3hrs. I havnt seen her yet but Ramineni said she turned out beautiful I'll have a better idea once the bandages are off.

The epidural was placed fantastic and the night staff night 1 was awesome
The room is a bit warm but all else is good.

Vaginolplasty: Ramineni - day 2 postoperative​

Well, yesterday was interesting. The staff again was lovely they could have been a bit better with my pain meds early on, but they improved as the day went on.
My room stayed to warm till 3am, so between that and Betty White across the way I couldn't sleep all day, and I was getting very emotional as I've been off my estrogen.
Was feeling a bit of tingie thingies on my clit, which is off cause it feels really high up at the tip of my glans.
Food was awesome. Been eating as much as possible, stocking up on the proteins and vitamin C.

Katie came in a bit ago to remove the pressure wrap and remarked that everything looked great. The epidural will be coming out soon yeah lots of swelling and a bit of pain upcoming.
Waiting on breakfast now

Update: breakfast was good. The epidural came out, and I had to do a bit of PT. However, walking wasn't too bad. There's a balloon in my fupa, but yeah, not too bad.

So today was rough as I failed my PT and couldn't get discharged. Seeing as I'm alone in taking care of myself that's a really big deal.
The lack of estrogen in combo had me very upset with myself until I realized I was at a good enough angle to see my outcome.

Doesn't hurt nearly as much as the bleed is less aggressive.
Having to go #2 is irritating as I am a front reacher (to the hole and barrel roll) so uhhh yeah but I been using a handheld bidet.
My fupa is a lot less swollen and I think I been good at not putting pressure at the stitches.

Just remember to breath out your diaphragm anytime you do anything

No, I don't think reversing the surgeries would matter. She's fucked. There's probably nothing keeping her from qualifying for a transplant if that becomes necessary, though. Even though it was all voluntary, the common sentiment is still that troon surgery is life-saving medicine, and her kidneys are failing as a result of surgical complications. Overall, it's a good thing that lifestyle factors aren't really used to determine transplant eligibility. A policy like that could very easily be misused in numerous ways. In addition, kidney transplant is often performed with a living donor, so nobody's necessarily going to have to die to save this pooner with fried kidneys.

I think the kidneys probably got megafucked by both chronic infection and the antibiotics used to treat resistant bacteria. She's been on high dose broad-spectrum antimicrobials for years. Some of those "big gun" antibiotics, most notably vancomycin, will absolutely nuke your kidneys from orbit. I've said before that I think a lot of the pooners have such poor sensation in their genitals and bladder that they cannot tell that they have a urinary tract infection until it's reached their kidneys. Any woman who has had a UTI knows that they're absolutely excruciating even before they cause pyelonephritis. A lot of pooners talk about having severe infection that they didn't notice until going to the doctor for something else. Chronic pyelonephritis is A Bad Thing for long-term kidney health.

She claims it's autoimmune, and it's also not uncommon for autoimmune disease to affect the kidneys. Lupus is especially notorious for attacking the kidney. It's possible that all of the physiological stress her body has been under as it tries to recover from surgery, surgical complications, and infection has triggered an autoimmune disorder. It's also not uncommon for autoimmune disease to cause hair loss.

One of my neighbors died in her 20s from lupus kidney damage. I heard this is more common in people of African descent. I'm guessing pooner has some minor autoimmune disease like the dry eye one and wants her kidney damage to be completely not her fault. It's a complete cope. If she really had an autoimmune disease that affected her kidneys, she wouldn't be so vague.

I had a close look at the mirrored ECG in the first photo, and I'm sure that this girl has atrial fibrillation, the heart condition of the elderly and very sick.
