Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

If it were any other author I could probably let it go, and maybe a reprint would have amended this scene to be less disturbing. Another author might have learned a valuable lesson. Not Patrick, though. Knowing what I know of him (which is too much) and his palling around with the pedo-ridden SFWA much later after this book, this is a red flag I will not ignore and will not forget.
Even Piers Anthony, a shitty but still much better pedo writer than Fat Rick, never got quite this overtly creepy.

I just don't know where he will get the money from. I imagine that it's coming from Nikki's mom, but I can't imagine how embarrassing it would be to grovel to your mother-in-law as a 40 year old man.

That alone would be horribly embarrassing, emasculating. But, to find out your mother in law conspired behind your back to undermine your attempts to continue to wage online Jihad, that would be far worse. That is what I believe took place, otherwise Pat wouldn't have showed up with 27 pages of tard-rage. I think Niki's mom paid the attorney, it explains why last minute his tactics changed, the attorney is following her plan, not his.

Niki doesn't strike me as FAS, she just seems horribly boring and painfully unremarkable, she's married to a metaphorical boat anchor, she's just along for the ride while pat drives off a fucking cliff.

Does anyone have the info on the payment yet? It sounded like they were planning on paying immediately but, we would have heard about this already, right?

Supposedly he has a week.

Oh I'm sure we are all aware of that, I'm speaking about if anyone can confirm the $32,000 was actually received at this time. A true wire-transfer is instantaneous I believe. The moment it is sent it would should show up in Quasi's attorneys account, right? and I would hope he would screenshot a bank statement with a surplus of 32K, or just put fatty on blast the 32K was actually delivered.

Been occupied this weekend so only now seeing the Fat Filing. I'm glad he did what I said he shouldn't and is seemingly trying to relitigate the case from the start to a local judge in a straight-forward debt/bankruptcy case. Good god this man is fat and a danger to Negro children.

I'm a little surprised there's attorneys willing to take pepperoni as payment from a man trying to avoid paying his court-ordered debts.

Weird that Patirck spelled his own name wrong, then doxed himself and his unchangeable phone number:

edit: lmao at putting this in a filing (and "perhaps most shocking," the subsequent accusations of crimes):

He said the thing:

I don't know if not understanding clear sarcasm or suggesting a conspiracy involving a federal judge based on an "nationally recognized online threat hunter" is the stupider thing to put in your contempt-related filing.

I love that he says there is a criminal investigation, just trust him bro, but he doesn't know if it is against Quasi or one of the users. Seems like very credible information to me.

Hey, some guy told him that there's an investigation, cops can't just tell you that to make weirdos go away. It's like how they have to tell you they're a cop.

It's not as funny as all the baseless accusations against multiple people of their having committed crimes in that section though:

Or the whole conspiracy thing:

But it's all good, Rick's original lost case is now "moot" because he wants to file the same exact frivolous lawsuit he already lost with additional frivolity including accusations of criminal conspiracy involving a federal judge in a yet still third state:

Even though the case is "moot" and Pat's going to sue again, he wants his contempt hearing to change this case name to reveal the federal criminal conspiracy:

But I'm probably re-re-re-repeating stuff from the last 15 pages at this point.

And if you are in court for a public court hearing, the bailiff has to arrest anyone IMMEDIATELY who you don't like. So they can start enjoying prison.

I don't know if you've taken an advanced college course or not but Byrd has totally done this on Judge Judy tons of times.

I don't think she has Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, and her maiden name being Robinson points to English ancestry.

However, that still leaves a litany of other mental defects and deficiencies that she objectively has in order to be married to the fat grease factory known as Patrick Tomlinson.
To be fair, a man cucked to the point of being ei oh kei with black men farting in his wife's vagina really is a catch

I want to note that not even Darrell Brooks tried to order the bailiffs.
Patrick is officially more legally incompetent than a man that thought that a jury would nullify law to let him get away with mass murder.

The only things I know about Nikki are that she:

- struggles with mental health issues
- they're bad enough she relies on Fatrick to keep her meds on schedule
- has or had genital herpes
- fucked Fatrick on the first date, or within 1 to 3 days of knowing him
- gets counseling because of the Pests (doubtful)
- filed for bankruptcy in her 20s
- there's a claim she was involved in some degenerate polycule prior to Patrick, but I don't know the source
What a fucking mess. And these are just the type of people most vocal about how you should run your life or how the country as a whole should be run. Lol. Lmao even.

A guy in his 40's should be able to float that amount himself, maybe not ready cash laying around but credit, a secured loan, something, without having to grovel to your fucking relatives.

He could always donate one of his fat bitch tits to a science lab, for easy cash, but Fatrick is too dumb for it.

32K can take a few days to go through if its not between accounts that regularly transact large amounts.
Anything over 17K can get flagged for review.

"I was never given the chance to defend myself in court! I know things now that might have helped me then!" ...said the plaintiff, the man who chose when and where to file the frivolous lawsuit.
