Maddox is misrepresenting the timeline in the video. He launched his lawsuit (the lolsuit) and included Asterios and his employer in an attempt to get him fired. At that point, all that had happened was that Dick and Asterios made fun of him on The Dick Show. Eventually, Maddox impersonated a female reporter and emailed Asterios' job some bullshit. That got him fired.
