Vulva smells like butt?
Hi I had minimal depth SRS 5 weeks ago in Thailand, and I'm now back at home.
How is the healing wound supposed to smell?
I'm worried because I see some whitish clumps(?) above the vaginal opening which I suspect to be fibrin,
but I also see some light yellow discharge on my pads. It doesn't smell fowl, but it just smells like butt...

Someone posted upthread about how Pooners often don't even know they have UTI's until it hits their kidneys, I'm not a woman and I've never had a UTI but from what I've heard its not pleasant, you would fucking know - unless you're a post op Pooner with mangled genitals that wouldn't feel it if they sat on a branding iron until they smelled smoke.

that is fucking brutal, just horrible. i hope it didn't cause the UTI to progress further, i hope they didn't consign someone to a life of disability cos of their dumb rules.
pyelonephritis can fuck you over without prior symptoms of UTI. it happened to me, even my pee came back clear (i'd been drinking a fuckton since starting to suspect a kidney infection, might have caused it?), but the GP sent me to A&E cos i had rigors and thank fuck he did.
that was uncomplicated pyelonephritis and it was absolutely brutal. these pooners have complicated their urinary systems to fuck in ways i doubt are described in medical textbooks. like what is the urologist at a provincial hospital supposed to know about this stuff.
what i don't understand, and perhaps a medfag can explain, is why, with their lengthened 'urethras' they are so much more prone to them. given women get them more than men cos our urethral openings are closer to the anus, why isn't increasing the distance reducing their risk? i'm guessing its cos bacteria can get in where the flesh tube is sewn on, or one of the random places pee comes out when they get strictures. so then are abdo phallos or ones with no urethral lengthening lower risk compared to the others?

Not a medfag but it's probably because they're filthy sweaty pigs and doctors have fucked around too much with their urethra, causing chronic problems. Nothing is left down there the way nature intended.

Well, I got chronic pyelonephritis from this, but thankfully in my adult years it's in long remission now. I'll never forgive nor understand why did they do this to kids though.
Strictures? Their urethra is not natural so prone to different bends and fuckups. Remember, their bladder doesn't have enough “power” to void fully through new route, some urine is left inside the urethra itself for them to “milk” it. Can't be good if that urine is infectious.

Never had a kidney infection but I had a 6mm stone stuck in a ureter where one of the kidneys were slightly swelling because of the block, and I've never felt pain like it before (never been in labour but I've been told it's not so far off for most people) so I bet that is horrific.

I remember a lot of them were complaining about urine being stuck in their “balls” and the ridiculous dances they had to do to (ugh) milk it out. I imagine stale urine just stagnating in there at least contributed to some of the uti’s.
