I appreciate the irony that people attacking this website have regularly broken the law by DDOSing it and will never be held accountable. Maybe that’s why they operate in “cells”.

I think the more important question is if null has actual defamation for change, with recoverable damages.
Unlike Thwomp Face Fong, Jeff Bezos, being the sole owner of this rag, actually has assets and money that make a defamation lawsuit recoverable.

While this is normally true, I think the kiwifarms is in a unique legal position.
For starters the issue at hand is not unknown to the Federal Courts. The Kiwifarms has precedential rulings in its favor in not one, but TWO federal circuits. The 4th and 10th. Thanks to Melinda Scott and Greer respectively.
Which means it is not going into this cold. Even better, as a formal LLC of West Virginia, the Kiwifarms is under the jurisdiction of the 4th circuit. Do you know who else is subject to the 4th circuit?
The Washington Post. because their comput3r servers are in Fairfax County. This means Lolcow LLC, being a West Virginia company has grounds to sue the Washington Post, a Virginia company in their common Federal district by diversity jurisdiction.
