Especially when there have been some sort of consequences, but they are not that bad in the long run.

Plus, surely anyone else had they done this, would be too ashamed to return to their mother now.

But not Chris. He is probably taking being allowed back as permission to start up again!

Of course it is. They got him to do something that put him in jail and that wasn’t enough. And as far as anyone can tell they never get punished or people that can actually help don’t care enoughto stop.

Yeah, technically true, but he shouldn’t. He should be housed somewhere with people that can honestly deal with his issues and can get the stalkers to fuck off.

Heck he could probably cover the cost by fanwork.

But no, since the person can technically look after themselves and make choices, nothing will be done. Even if it means quality of life will be shit.

I hate the medical/social work profession so much.

Cmon, the one year in prison alone was by far the worst consequence he ever had to suffer.
He lost his toys and vidya for a long time and hat to eat jailslop.
If anything gives him pause to re offend, it is the danger of going to jail again.

I really doubt he will tell anyone again if he continues to fuck his mother, and if he doesn't tell anyone, he pretty much can't be caught.
Barb supports him and will just deny everything or refuse to cooperate. The only reason he got any consequence is because he put the deed in writing, like the retard that he is.

Yes, that’s my point. If the consequences ultimately were big boy prison for years or permanently housing in a psychiatric hospital, followed by a permanent order on never being able to return to Branchland court, would obviously be worse.

While a year or more in jail was bad, he is now back at home. In the longer term it will just be a memory, between toys, playing video games and “soul bonding”.

With how messed up his relationship with his mom was way before this, he might honestly think that. Because he might never have been told it was not. It can’t be put out of possability that it was happening for ages and he was never told no. Why would he think it’s wrong when the only place trying to get him to say it was was the Court, and Prison a place he only ended up because the trolls and the a-logs.

In a horrific sense it logically follows that it was not his fault.

Which is why things are going to get so much worse.

Speaking as someone who just wants to be entertained; I really hope there are some conventions that will welcome him and I pray that his presence there will be documented.

I feel like my state would’ve released him into the care of an assisted living program with certain restrictions . Like he would not be able to go home but they wouldn’t throw him in prison forever.

Why use that when so many other options exist! Barbatch, the ol' Crusty Dusty, the Sloppy Soni-chute, batcave, the Love Quest Canal, and of course, barbussy.
