Yeah, I would not say it's a loophole. Probably Stake just doesn't care, because they probably make ungodly amounts of money, way more than an actual casino. It's 24/7 gambling at your fingertips with low 1 cent min bets on stake originals. You can even bet fractions of a cent on roulette. Going to an actual casino with $300 will less than hour, especially when table games have a min of $10. There are millions of horror stories of people who win big and either the casino cheats them out or puts them through hell or just bans them for winning. They'll say that 3 million jackpot you won was a glitch. They'll make you wait hours for your money, ton of paper work, review every nanometer of footage, etc. They could just be like here is your 50k but never come back, or straight up be like "This is a private business, I am not legally required to pay you." and they just won't take your chips.I dont know if its part of the loophole or stake being greedy jews but you have to wager 3x whatever you deposit before you can withdraw it. Dice is the easiest and fastest way to meet that requirement.
If you deposit $50 for example you have to do 150 $1 dice rolls before you can cash out. With 99% chance you'll only lose a few dollars at most instead of risking it on slots or live games.
Online Casinos seem to treat winners well, pay them out without a lot of hassle, etc. They give Austin $200 a day or 73k a year and he's a small streamer with like 300 viewers. They probably just don't give a fuck because for dollar they payout they get like $1000. Rolling in cash.
