But jeez, just hearing it in person is something else, I have to tell you... (I don't want the post to be too long, so I put everything in a comment.)

And he's here for another just under two weeks.

This is exchange number one of four. Possibly more.

The ONE upside is that he admitted that, since I'm an adult, he can't actually control what I do with my own life, and he can't force me to do or not do anything -- but he figured he needed to come over here to try and convince me one last time so that he has no regrets.

Aside from the fetish aspect, I suspect a female OBGYN is less likely to be confronting the lunacy by reasoning her training is in women's reproductive organ health and not the rotpocket, causing the troon to yet again face the fact that they're men and will never, ever have a womb, ovaries or anything remotely resembling the birth canal.


What would even be the "right direction"? Trans "medicine" is so new that there's probably no or very few "experts" on the subject. And we've heard MANY stories of post-op troons being handwaved away by their surgeons because it's not the surgeon's issue that there's a fistula or other complications, again because they are surgeons and not experts in trans medicine.
Part of me feels bad for the trans people who get gaslighted by their hugbox into getting the amhole installed, especially when we hear the stories of medical neglect, but I have to keep reminding myself that they're also the same people to deny facts and logic when reality doesn't suit them..

Another one that seems to fit a certain pattern.

He has Asperger's Syndrome and low social skills, but is academically gifted. He met a girl in 8th grade that he seemed to fall in love with, but they've never been anything more than friends. He's never had a GF and has felt socially isolated for many years. His father seems to be a proper "man's man" who's clued up on troon bullshit and doesn't seem to get on with other men, but finds it easy to get on with women.

Somewhere in that tangled web of bullshit is the reason for his troon-out, I'm sure.

The refutation I’ve seen is one of inheritance and nepotism. It may be just to donate a portion of your share to the skilled basketball player, he does do something to earn it, but what if the basketball player then passes these donations on to his good-for-nothing son to use on societal ills like gambling, alcohol, or prostitution? The government needs the ability to interfere in some transactions so as to prevent the accumulation of inherited wealth (and the creation of an aristocracy). And if I can donate shares to a basketball player for the service of watching his games, what’s stopping me from offering to lend people shares at usury in exchange for the service of not having some crook show up to break your fingers? A free market cannot be easily combined with just distribution lest you create capitalism and an unjust distribution.

A pap smear is a women's health procedure where cells from the cervix are cultured to check for cancer. This is incredibly routine for women; depending on risk factors some women even do it annually. The procedure involves simply dilating the vagina and collecting a swab of cells from the cervix. I wonder how common it is for gynecologists to go through the motions of doing a pap smear for troons who demand it (or just to pretend like they're doing something for a rot pocket) in spite of troons not having a cervix?

Late, but… HPV doesn’t just cause cervical cancer - you can get lesions on any bit you use for sex, such as penis, anus, mouth etc. So if the proud owner of a neovag manages to induce a penis to enter it, the tissue inside can potentially get infected with HPV and develop into cancer. How bittersweet - validation via speculum and smear, but dysphoria when diagnosed with penile cancer, or colon if that was the method of construction.

I was tested in my Junior year of high school. The ARMY has been using intelligence tests for about 100 years. I never really studied in school, and certainly not formal logic or engineering.

I naturally think in a certain way. The same as you. I never felt part of any group, and I have rarely had friends.
