I am going to be honest, that is one of the best FFS results I have seen. In pictures he almost passes as an incredibly ugly woman, especially head on.

God damn, this happened to my boy Tony Reed as well. His wife leaves him, he starts taking care of himself, working out, going to church and then… troons out. It's like trannies realise that good things take hard work, so they just bail and go for the "quick fix".

I had a recent post here for FFS suggestions and your comments were very helpful and gave me some solid ideas for me to look into so, thank you! Upon reading the comments and some questions, It seemed like other photos might help. The 2 pics I sent originally were pretty raw because I wanted a worst case assesment. I don’t wear a lot of makeup but these new pics have some eyeliner and eyeshadow. My goal is to get the minimal amount of FFS or cosmetic plastic surgery to make a difference and keep me from seeing the guy. My first round of FFS was 3 years ago and was rough on me and I don’t want to overdo it, as one comment cautioned. 4 years on HRT. The first pic is 3 years before HRT and 2 years before 1st FFS then chronological order to the most current, my 50th HS reunion a couple months ago. Hope this helps. Thank you to all who commented and best wishes for a beautiful life for all.

One of the big hurdles these idiots can't overcome is nerve growth. Nerve regenerate at an extremely slow pace and getting them to grow where they shouldn't is impossible. The male penis has 4000+ nerve endings. The hands and fingers have a TON but the forearm has significantly lower. Same with the stomach skin area. Hence why pooners will never be able to get the full sensation of a male penis. Even if your surgery cosmetically went great, this is still impossible to accomplish.

If you see those "AI helps paralyzed person move their hands/limbs" its a different case. They're bypassing the nerve damage to communicate with the brain with the working nerve endings , not creating new endings. This also moves into neurosurgery and another realm of technology.

Now I've seen the response to this post, I figured it would be a good idea to make a report. Not to get her in trouble, just for better training hopefully. Reading the comments made me realise her attitude will probably negatively affect a trans person or make them uncomfortable down the line. I get that I'm an unusual case but I feel like she would probably make simular comments to anyone with phallo scars, or maybe if she read trans on their notes, which is not good at all.

That's part of what bugged me so much, it could be a matter of personal safety. The way the room was set up is the 'walls' were curtains, so multiple people in earshot. If I was trans she could've put me in a dangerous situation. I made a complaint as I figured she's only going to keep doing this with future trans patients and potentially putting them at risk.
