After witnessing Nick's lame gay-op directed at @Himedall All-seeing Waifu with a plausible lie about himself doing degen stuff with a fan, it is clear why Nick thinks this way:

After so many L's Nick is desperate for a W, if only in his own mind.
Nick is a master of deception.

'I lied about something and you believed it! Ooooooooooh you can't believe ANYTHING about me now! Checkmate, kiwitards!'

- Nick.

If his story that ArtTheClown came up with the idea is true, it is twice retarded in that he thought it was a genius move.

TL;DR The LOCALS chat is so dead, refreshing the page so often crashes my logger.
This is wild to hear about when this time last year it was near impossible to have a conversation in that chat with how quickly it moved. The birth of Panoptes and its consequences have been a disaster for the Locals Race, and that's probably a good thing. Although it does make me very curious about the internal state of his Discord, how much Fed-Posting can Still-Born get away with in there? Not like there's any women in there for him to harass endlessly.

Seriously, I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone. Not everything is secretly about letting other people rail out his wife. Christ.
This, 100%. I honestly feel kinda bad for her since it's not entirely her fault that Nick is such a loudmouthed drunkard. She could try to rein him in more, sure, but his job being a "Funny Internet Man" makes it real difficult to stop him from putting their privacy right up his ass 24/7.

Nick has repeatedly explained that hiring people is horrible for him. When he doesn't want to do a task, he just ignores it and reaches for the bottle (or the porn). But hiring people means that they are going to bother him with questions or demand that he do things and generally be buzzkills. Its also alot of work to hire a person itself.
I mean Nick is already totally at his breaking point over the stress from making that single hotel reservation. He is only one man and people are just asking too much of him.
Does he still pay Ryan the Editor? From his Xitter profile it says he's still Nick's editor so I can only assume he does, but when was the last time an actually edited video has been put on the channel? Surely Nick isn't bleeding his bank account for a literal freeloader (not Ryan's fault, Nick isn't giving him tasks).

Damn nick honestly sucks at a thing called deligation you hire a paralegal to do research, and if wants to me more entertainer he gets a manager or a "assistant" and tells them to "figure shit out" See being your own boss is a double edge sword.
You don't understand, it's not that he's bad at delegating, he literally doesn't even want to do it. He wants anyone who he hires to do what he wants without him needing to do the bare minimum of effort or work of telling them what he wants.

His editor can't do more work because Nick won't give him work because Nick's that asshole boss who doesn't know what the fuck he's doing.

None of the LOCALS crew are in Nick's official DISCORD except for a few detractors.

It is pretty slow in there now, and I think Soter would catch on and bounce him pretty quick.

Yes. He shows up to larger events and is the gopher, as far as I can tell. He was thr one who brought shirts for Nick to sell at AM 2022

Not everything is secretly about letting other people rail out his wife.
You're wrong, if you look hard enough you will notice every single aspect of his life has been carefully curated around letting other people rail his wife.

His wargaming hobby? he's into 40k because it features hypermasculine cartoonish men beating each other to a pulp, it's to get used to having REAL MEN rail his wife while he, much like a servitor, merely watches from the sidelines.

His alcoholism? it's to appear more affable and loose to the bulls when they go to rail his wife.

His collections of shit kitsch-pop paintings? it's so bulls can appreciate that they're an artsy couple without having to go into too much trouble explaining.

He streams so he can introduce himself to 'people all over the world' to rail his wife, much like Pewdiepie wanted to have a house in every country, so does rekieta want a bull from every nation.

Wake up sheeple.

Nick relays that he had spoken to a "friend" at "an event" (what event is that :story:) who decided to go into porn online with their partner. They make $6,000 per month. Nick says "I have a way bigger platform than you, I can make a shitload more than six grand a month doing porn."
He's delusional. Nobody wants to see a skinnyfat dad bod limp dick cuck weakly Balldoing a middle aged pill mom.

Nick insists that because he knows people who drink more, he doesn’t have an alcohol problem. No, that doesn’t make a lick of goddamn sense.

Whether or not someone has an alcohol problem has zero to do with how much others drink. It’s about whether alcohol is negatively affecting your life. Nick can’t see what everyone else can, and I’m sure Dax keeps telling him “You’re a lightweight, buddy! Don’t listen to them!”

Nick thinks he has to wait to get DUIs or for his marriage to end legally before he can decide alcohol isn’t helping him. This is what we call retardation.

Out of interest, how often has he streamed without a glass or bottle in his hand? My impression is he drinks on (or just prior to) every stream, but perhaps he acts that stupid even when dry.

Did someone say his oldest kids are teenagers now? I wonder how they feel about mom and dad vlogging their sex life and experimental drug use.

He used to start out at least apparently sober and pace it. You would see the same bottle of liquor for days. Also he'd occasionally do a toast to someone's dead cat or whatever. He only rarely got completely out of hand.

Now it looks like he usually just starts out shit-faced and it's nonstop coom-brained drunken degeneracy. When it isn't sometimes his hands are visibly shaking. If he doesn't have Parkinson's or something that's booze withdrawal.

Everything from his basic demeanor to his thought processes is visibly worse. Even his facial expressions all look completely drunk and red-faced. Even his voice has changed and is full of cope, seethe and coom.

For an attorney coming out of school trying to establish a solo legal practice in a rural area like he was, you have to be willing to take on any business that comes your way. There is nothing lazy or immoral about doing guilty plea cases. Especially if you have no real trial experience yet. That work has to be done by someone in society. But one would normally progress from there to slightly more complicated cases. But Nick gave it all up so quickly that I don't know that even that is worth holding against him.

Who does that right out of school anyway? It's a moronic idea in this day and age. Law school gives you a basic grounding in case law and legal theory -- perhaps even an outline in practice. But there's no way in hell it could teach you how to set up and run a successful law firm. It's like me deciding I'm going to set up a business selling widgets. I might know what a widget looks like and how much they cost -- but I have no idea who the best widget suppliers are, what the acceptable wholesale price of a widget is, where the best markets for widgets might be, etc. etc, etc.

And that's without even getting into how specialized law is these days. Fifty years ago, it might have been feasible to set up a small generalist practice, but today? All of the various areas of law are so broad that it's impossible to be competent in all of them. You might be able to ameliorate that by limiting yourself to those areas you do have a good grasp of, but fresh out of law school that must surely amount to almost nothing.

I think Nick walked away from his legal practice because he rapidly recognized he could never earn enough at it to make a living, and he refuses to get the kind of practical on-the-job training he'd need by going to work for somebody else until he picks up enough skills and experience to make an actual go of it.

I had a cousin or three work as Public Defenders. A lot of the work is basically pleading down and making a deal with the prosecutor for a lot of cases.
That's probably true, but comparing Nick to a public defender is an insult to a lot of public defenders. The problem with a lot of public defenders is they have ginormous case loads and are starved for resources. Ever since Gideon v. Wainwright established that the government has to give you a lawyer if you can't afford one, the government has been faced with simultaneously funding both the defense and prosecution in the same case. It's an obvious conflict of interest that's ripe for the government placing their thumb on the scales. Want conviction rates to go up? Make life more difficult for public defenders by forcing them to do more with less.

Nick has none of those problems. He pleads people out because he's lazy, and barely knows what the fuck he's doing.

From what my cousins who were Public Defenders (they specialized fucking quick and stopped being Public defenders) is that most of the time you probably just want to take the plea. The issue with Nick lies in how bad the plea bargains he convinced his clients to take.

Country lawyers tend to kind of take whatever work comes their way as others have said. Nick seems to have had his heat allergy acted up as soon as he realized he might have to pay a local grandmother to help him with documents and scheduling.

Nick's entire non-cooming part of the day revolves around the bottle and it is so damn obvious.

Starting up a small solo practice in a small town is difficult not really because the law practiced is that challenging but because someone else has already done it and people are going to go to the law firm that's been there for maybe generations and their dad's dad used, with a lawyer who already knows all the judges and other lawyers in town.

Nick, by comparison, seems to have gone out of his way to piss off the lawyers and judges in town to the point even someone like Monty could find a local lawyer who already disliked him and file a case in a court where the judge already disliked him.

So it also helps not to be a completely degenerate asshole if your practice is mainly going to consist of deal-making and you're mainly going to be dealing with the same people over and over.

I know I wouldn't even consider Nick now for the basic level stuff he used to do because the degeneracy, drug abusing, boozing and coomery show incredibly poor judgment, and because he's alienated his local legal community, where he is probably considered pretty much a joke at this point.

I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but the question begs to be asked; who's more of a shyster lawyer. DSP's bankruptcy mill lawyer, or Nicholas Robert Rekieta Esquire?

DSP's lawyer got a W with that shit, maybe Nick should have hired him for the Monty case because so far all that fancy font and 100k plus haven't been in his favor.

Almost caught up. Will post last night's highlights later tonight.

Stream Highlights August 28: Punished Rittenhouse, Back to Roots: MADDOX LIVES, British Man Discovers Fans, Six Pack Chad Attack Rumble here

Grade B+. His solo shows have been solid. Prepared with media with which to react, and he drinks somewhat less. Less sex talk. Energy, rants, humor, and chat dialogue are not at the level of 2+ years ago, but far better than two months ago.

"The British do not get the privilege of talking about the global energy economy until you fucking Brit bong faggots take the beans off your goddamn toast and put central air in your houses." - Nick Rekieta [Complete anti-Brit rant at Rumble 4:05:08 -4:12:48]

"What would I have done differently if I didn't have a career as a lawyer? [Become] a plastic surgeon." - Nick Rekieta

Notable:

1694067184822.png
It was the real Kyle. Nick verified by text and then modded him.

- Kayla and Nick married before graduating and lived in Section 8 housing "with all the Somalis and Mexicans... and we had AC" [I believe this is new news. I thought they married after graduating.]

- Add gardener to the Rekieta staff list
Personal / Drama
- On drinking "I'm not gonna do a whole shot because... um...I've already had a couple drinks and... uh... trying not to.... not to drink as much on the show. Cause the show is where I do basically all of my drinking but even that was getting a little excessive." [YT 1:43:10 -1:43:42]

- Will be voting for Trump, if nominated. Nick was against him in 2016 because he talked about jailing Hillary and journalists but he did neither.

Commentary Note: As mentioned, a part-time gardener can be added to the nanny and driver who are on the Rekieta staff. It followed the Brit AC rant and was highly tone-deaf considering his audience. He lectured about being in the "post-post industrial age" in which we outsource almost all physical labor with any disposable income (e.g. grocery delivery). He's not factually wrong but it came across as very entitled.

Content
1. Rittenhouse covering this Law&Crime article. ranted at Dan Abram's framing of the title, quality rant about the 'crossing state lines with a rifle' line {YT 45:15 - 53:20]
2. Gave his Christian perspective. Elissa clipped it here.
3. ISOM2 Will Fail. Elissa clipped it here.
4. Defense of Dick&Vito. Elissa clipped it here.
5. Unironically called Anime lovers autistic losers. [Rumble 2:04:40-2:15:00]
6. Maddox [Rumble 2:15:10-2:59:50] - Reacted to the first part of Maddox's video here. Caught the unversed up on the Dick and Doug TenAple of the matter, that Maddox dated 80sGirl before Dick and broke the bro code, the lawsuit Maddox filed against Dick, and why Dick was banned from YT (hate speech/making fun of Tess Holiday).
7. Brits and Ceiling fans - Comedy bit covering this article. [Rumble 4:05:08 -4:12:48]
8. Laughed at this Tate-like manosphere rising star from this NY Post article. It was fairly funny. Basically, "Don't listen to influencers on how to succeed"

Chat
- Brandon Herrera was in chat. Invited Nick to DC. He's running for Congress, TX District 23

- SaltySea: "You're not calling out any solutions. You're just being theatrical." Nick got butthurt.

- [? - not named] "Not everyone has AC because we're not all rich, Nick." Response: "I grew up in a shitty inner-city neighborhood in Houston. We still had AC."

- Vivi18: "Remember your attitude about self-worth before your Rumble contract? Why are you singing a different tune now?" Cue Nick's defensiveness.
Edit: Words

Kayla and Nick married before graduating and lived in Section 8 housing "with all the Somalis and Mexicans... and we had AC" [I believe this is new news. I thought they married after graduating.]
This does seem to be new lore, but perhaps they marries very close to graduation, or Layla dropped out before she got he final degree.

There's one wrinkle. The timing of the trip in August 2022 could be explained by Anime Matsuri, as I noted in my post.
Further to your point, the timing could be attributed to AM, but the destination of Hedonism II certainly is not. Of all places he could pick to go with his wife for their 18th anniversary vacation, Nick and Kayla picked Hedonism II during interracial cuck week and then refuse to elaborate.

For posterity:

Here's a longer clip than what @200MB posted for context. While reading Jack Murphy's infamous article, Nick reads superchats where Hedonism is mentioned as a place for cucks like Jack Murphy. Drexel jumps right in and expresses familiarity with the place (and what happens there) and when asked if he's been there by Nick, he turns away and chuckles behind his beard (doesn't sound like a "no").

Nick discusses with his locals chat where to go in Jamaica while eating a loaf of bread (clip courtesy of @Anticipointment) and lights up when Hedonism is brought up. Nick says he's heard things about the place and that it's where people go to "fuck other people". His chat confirms that it is a swinger's place, and this apparently didn't put him off the idea.

Nick goes on to struggle with what is/isn't weird, likely using his confusion (as he often does) to muddy the waters as to what he actually wants to do on vacation.

and the rest is history. Nick and Kayla post pictures from Hedonism II, their hotel room is doxed, Nick avoids talking about it apart from vague references to people making things up or things they "can't know", claims of confusion or liking fun, and demodding Kalea for bringing up one of two Hedonism II employees that he and Kayla follow on Instagram.

As an aside, here are some screenshots of Nick over the progression of time. See if you can spot the differences.
