The Salon more or less operates with its own ruleset and expectations independent of the rest of the site. I find it hypocritical to be a site that largely operates with a sitewide standard of expectations that also has a sandbox for the ladies.

Plenty of good posts and good posters who frequent it though so in the end it really doesn't matter much to me.
