I think really early on there were some indicators that he was the type of person who absolutely had to be absolutely right with no room for debate. I never said it did. I was simply correcting the part in the OP that said he has 20 years as a tank driver. And he was commissioned as a officer from the start, he was never enlisted, so never just a basic tank crewman. Yes he probably spent a period of time learning all the various jobs in a tank.
