I cannot find the article anymore but it was about an early american tranny who detransitioned and was explaining how activists used him for legal standing. I don't know if the article mentions the court cases but it mentions the lawyers targeted sympathetic judges, one of whom had a transgender child. Those court cases would be nice to add to the thread.

This is interesting. Under the temporarily blocked Idaho law you can sue a troon for $5,000 per violation for improper bathroom access.

Do you foresee a wave of detrans malpractice lawsuits in the near future, or is that totally impossible aside from cases with obvious violations of informed consent? What about professional malpractice against negligent therapists or other prescribers? Basically, what would it take for terrible surgeons like Rumer or rogue ones like Cetrulo to be sued for malpractice? Assuming they carry malpractice insurance, of course.

Most of the news I see is about Chloe Cole, although it looks like there are some super recent ones in NC and MN. It just seems like so many people could argue they were manipulated or groomed into this, as well as the children being put on puberty blockers that were advertised as reversible, that it's almost going to have to become its own cottage industry in the future.
