Balldo Nicholas Robert Rekieta / Rekieta "Law" / @NickRekieta - Polysubstance enthusiast, "Internet shock jock" not-allowed-to-practice abortionist "lawyer", swinger, "whitebread ass nigga", snuffs animals for fun, visits 🇯🇲 BBC resorts. Legally a felonious, copyright cuck. End-stage career failure: normies know.

I must have missed something as Nick has never gave off any impression he has any comedic talents. There is a big difference between doing gay jokes on a stream with friends and doing stand up.

I'm not super familiar with Dick Masterson, has he done standup? Is Nick trying to follow in daddy Dick's footsteps?

To be fair, guys, he did tell us that unfunny Chrissie requested that he open for her, and he warned her (and us) that standup isn't his thing; that he respects those who can do it, but it's a lot different from what he does on stream.

Nick would be in a similar camp with his superchat monies and Rumble contract. Could be hard to garnish if Nick really wanted to drag his feet.

Would non-payment of a judicial judgment affect his standing with the Minnesota Ethics Board or similar officer?
Nooooooo, incel prude. Don't owe Monty a penny. Never have, never will. You're just jealous.

Nick definitely got blasted (more than normal) tonight, before the Locals after-stream.

So she won’t have to pay an actual comic to host/emcee since Nick will do it in exchange for attention.

BTW, Chrissie is a laughingstock among comedians. Kevin Brennan and his crowd mercilessly clown her for this. I’m not going to start standup comedy sperging but they are 100 percent right about her and her thirsty-ass husband Frank Pellegrino.

Suffice it to say non-comedian Nick opening for non-comedian Chrissie at a standup comedy LARP makes perfect sense.

Chrissie was mildly amusing the first couple times she was on FNT. Then it became clear she's one of those no talented "LOL VAGINAS MIRITE" one trick ponies.

The worst I can say about Monty in respect to this case is that, in the events leading up to the filing, he was... admittedly... needling Rekieta pretty hard.

However, I don't think that's a good enough excuse for Nick to say what he said. I think a person should exercise enough self control to avoid falsely accusing somebody of being a child molester.. Nick came completely off the rails here. Worse than coming off the rails, actually. Falsely accusing somebody of being a pedo is coming off the rails. Falsely accusing them of being a child molester is coming off the rails, skidding into an orphanage, and then exploding. Monty didn't deserve that. I don't care how weird he is.
if we're being honest nick's true folly was being such a shithead in his small town. Gawker survived for over a decade defaming way more people with much deeper pockets, but they also had enough legal knowledge to make sure that if sued it would have to be on their home field in NYC, which has a huge legal system so even if the website managed to piss off one judge in their history there were hundreds more that would be impartial and the jury just based on politics would be heavily in their favor vs whomever they were sued by. By all accounts Nick was going to fry no matter who sued him just by how infamous he is in his home town. Think about it, when Nick moved to that county they already knew all the shit we only have just learned about Nick in the last 12 months in terms of his real personality or work ethnic or how he plays with others. Even worse, most of those people in that court are former co-workers, people here hate the guy just based on the last year of doing a few hours of streaming a week, imagine having to deal with this fucker for years and 40 hours a week. He's honestly lucky no one has tried beating the shit out of him.

Nick's only shot is getting this case thrown out because literally any other option leads to it being decided and i have a hard time believing no matter how random the judge or jury, they'd side with Nick. He's the county pervert, making his money online shilling balldos and going to swinger resorts. anyone thats lived somewhere as small in population as nick lives knows the rich people get talked about all the time, and word would travel fast. Thats actually a huge reason Depp chose Fairfax county, he made sure to size up the county before deciding where to fuck over Amber, just hoping the chips fall in your favor is how he got fucked over in the UK.

Nick would have had a better shot if he didn't live somewhere where he already has a reputation or at the very least didn't piss off the judge over various slights.
This comes off as insane considering Glenn Beck, Ben Shapiro, and even Tim Pool actually built a business with the shekels they took in from their audience to varying success. What has Nick really done with his money? Buy a fancy car? Visit a swingers resort? Attempt and fail to build a sex dungeon in his house? Get sued by Monty?

That's the problem, is Nick joined the side of Dax and co who will just ride out what they get until even the most devoted pay pigs stop caring without even trying to build something more with the funds they get. Nick is the epitome of squandered resources.

Edit: And that's the thing, at least those other people realized they want to be their own thing so they tried to branch out, Nick is just another content creator who is completely dependent on Youtube and Rumble to survive.
To be fair, those guys did that because they wanted to, you could have given them money a decade or two ago and they'd do the same thing. Some people have goals and passions and are just waiting on the money to do them. But Nick's like a lottery winner, you give them money and they blow it hard and quick. Other alcoholics like Ethan Ralph or Anthony Cumia behave the same way, they literally don't know how to spend their money besides on their own vices. If you notice none of those 3 have not even the simplest of causes they donate to, like say kiwifarms or some patreon or gofundme they're a fan of or even a charity that means a lot to them, a lot of the patreon people are the same way. Even the breadtube people rarely give a dime to anyone politically, when you'd think they'd max out their donations, especially the american socialists with how low that bar is.

Meanwhile almost every job creator i know from the guy running the vape shop to CEOs have at least one thing they donate time or money to, even in a selfish way like playing in a band to raise money for charity. its just a personality thing, there are people where there is never enough time or money to do everything they want to do, and for others especially e-celebs its all about using what money they have to fill a vice. As ethan ralph showed' these people will stream for almost nothing rather than get a real job.
Nick could be given anything, he'd squander the resources on booze and other shit. Say what you will about Dax, he's the only one who either found a way to cook the books hard on patreon or is saving at least 75% of his money, he's brought 2 new cars and a house the last decade, and outside of bi-yearly trips to the desert he rarely goes on vacation unless its some live event meaning its either a tax write off or his users pay for it. Beyond that he's still "working" for his dad, shilling scams to other dummies in other sektors, and his common-law wife still has her teaching job
Nick just said he'll be performing stand up comedy on Oct 21st in Sartell Minnesota, opening for Chrissie Mayr! :story:

God please, out of all his promises let him keep this one.

Edit: eventbrite page
I know you all don't care but it is sort of ironic that Nick accused someone of being a pedo and almost ruined their lives while Chrissie accused Pat Dixon (Ethan Ralph associate) of rape about a decade ago and straight up destroyed him in the NYC comedy community. he was fairly big in the new york podcasting scene too, LPOTL is technically a spin-off of his show NYC CRime report, and he was a long time regular on KATG before the accusation, going from there to TACN.
So she won’t have to pay an actual comic to host/emcee since Nick will do it in exchange for attention.

who's Kevin's crowd? boomers who can't fill even a quarter of the room? One of the guys he does zoom calls with got fired from his red lobster busboy job for being racist. You're right about Chrissie though but pretty much every "comedian" who got famous because of their e-celeb bullshit does the exact same shit, Rob Delaney's Jimmy Kimmel appearance proves these people are basically getting sympathy laughs from fans during these stand up "gigs"

Chrissie was mildly amusing the first couple times she was on FNT. Then it became clear she's one of those no talented "LOL VAGINAS MIRITE" one trick ponies.
The only time she ever made me laugh was by stumbling into inadvertent hilarity when Ralph came on her show and chimped. @Keranu sent a superchat that referred to Ralph telling his mother to hitchhike to dialysis in extreme heat and Chrissie didn’t realize that was something Ralph actually did. She thought it was some extremely over the top hypothetical scenario and found it funny. Her laughing set Ralph off anew.

in terms of building a profitable brand, rekieta is a lazy, flat out lazy. beck, shaprio, and the rest has actual work ethic. if rekieta had an ounce of work ethic, losing his original audience in favor for his wine mom audience shouldn't hurt him financially, in the long run.

the wine mom audience came from rittenhouse/depp trial coverage. in essence, the wine moms are generally more normie than his original audience that comprised of internet autist. therefore, this new audience should eclipse the old one in terms of numbers. since, rekieta was dead set on changing his audience and staying financial viable, he should have ran with it. but rekieta didn't run with it because his is a drunk, lazy coomer and he is stuck in the current hell of his own making.

What you're seeing here is the old maxim of "if you're facts are bad, argue the law" in practice. I don't see a plan B for arguing the facts if the court doesn't agree with Randazza's legal theory. The facts are atrocious. They're not the type of facts you'd want in front of a jury. Nick said Monty is a child molester. He said it as a fact statement. He then repeated it several times thereafter.
The final part of that maxim is "if you have neither the facts nor the law, pound the table," which makes me wonder what kind of inane bullshit they're going to try to file when it reaches that point. If I am remembering correctly, one of the worries in the Vic case was that the other side would file a bunch more defamation protected by the process. Surely he wouldn't do the same...? But unless he has some smoking gun, what else would he have left?

Some people have goals and passions and are just waiting on the money to do them. But Nick's like a lottery winner, you give them money and they blow it hard and quick.
A related and probably bigger problem is that Nick has pisspoor executive function and doesn’t know how to manage his time or attention. He was never going to be a guy who runs a successful business operation single-handedly. Which is fine, many people lack those abilities — but in that case you have to be honest with yourself and delegate.

The best advice Nick will ever get and never take? Get as much help as you can afford. For a trust fund kid, that shouldn’t be a hurdle. I’m not sure why he hasn’t done it yet, except perhaps he hasn’t yet realized how unproductive and agitated he will continue to feel if he doesn’t stop with the “I got this” lie he has been telling himself.

It is glaringly obvious that Nick needs to hire a business manager for his streaming and a household manager for their family life. If he filled both those positions his life would become instantly much less chaotic and he might actually be able to complete even one of the long list of deliverables he committed to over the past four years. But if he doesn’t, Nick is toast — along with his marriage and business.

The ones who hurt most as a result of all this chaos and inability to execute are those five kids. Children need stability and predictability far more than adults do. (Look no further than how lockdowns screwed kids up at a fundamental level if you doubt this.) They will never have that if mom and dad are complete space cadets whose favorite pastimes are drinking, acting out sexually with strangers, driving them around but otherwise going through life as if they are child-free libertines.

Look, I’m sure Nick and Kayla love their kids very much if we are talking mere feelings. But love is an action and I don’t know about Kayla but there is no parental love reflected in Nick’s actions or his attitudes. He urgently needs to grow the fuck up and Kayla needs to stop letting Nick’s bratty horndog behavior get in the way of their family’s stability and their kids’ sense of well-being and safety. Until they do that those kids are all but doomed.

Remember his 'jokes' at Road Rage that fell flat? Before that a was at the Who Are These Podcasts? Event and was so trashed he didn't get off the stage at the right time? Before that was the terrivle Roast od Dick Masterson.

Nick did indeed do a 9 minute LOCALS stream in a VERY inebriated state. He was naked in his AirBnB hot tub.

EDIT: He forgot to make it MEMBER-EXCLUSIVE so if you sign up for a free account, anyone can go watch it.

- He was tweaking on something. His left eye was drooping like a stroke victim. The most likely explanation is alcoholism, but it could also be nuerological, or some eye candy, but I am not a doctor. Drugged eye drops used to be a thing but I have not seen them lately. Mayhe a Nashville thing? He had to address it on stream. Everyone noticed.

- His speech was very slurred and he opted 2 stream links and could not figure out how to close one.

- Camelot is coming up 'tomorrow'. The Cecil FNT photo bomb happened at Cam's house and they travelling together.

- Nick called out YelloFlash for not being there because 'Dick will be there and I don't want to be gay'. He still likes him..m You know the Nick line by now. It is the same one he used on July that he didn't buy.

- Nick says he tries to stream on vacation, but people get mad when he doesn't. He says he said he would 'try'; 'it is NOT a promise'. He said he should just tell the world ro fuck off when he takes vacation (but he cannot). 'People get so fucking mad at the disruption in the schedule'..

- He wants to do more vacations, but he doesn't have any more planned. That makes him sad. People like live shows, but it disrupts the schedule and most people prefer a regular show. He's back to regular schedule Tuesday.

He sighed heavily when talking about the regular schedule. He just doesn't seen to want to stream anymore.

- A fan offered to deliver an extra monitor to him. He declined because he is only doing one more show this week.

People complained about the shortness of the stream. One person 'waited up an hour for a 5 minute stream'.. Nick's response was 'Well, if I streamed more, it would just be throwing up. Alright guys, bye'.

- Nick hates clothes, but he isn't an exhibitionist. This was a weird 30 second rant. You have to wear, wash and do things with them.

He is a mental child who has had it way too easy in life and needs to spend a month in an atavistic boot camp setting getting his ass kicked. My God, he is a spoiled brat. Kayla is a mother of six, not five.

There's a certain type of man who shows his true colors when his wife gets pregnant, like the fat in your profile picture (Patrick Tomlinson). I've realized there is another type of man that shows his true colors in middle age.

He has everything a trad man could want: a wife and sports team of kids, a professional career, a home, enough money to buy some fun stuff. But, he also has a gaggle of parasocial degenerate fans. His inflated ego cannot accept the fact that he is an aging man with an aging wife, as a trad man does with grace. It is clear to me he cares more about the strangers that lampshade his mid-life crisis, rather than his family which should be his whole life. Many such cases.

When clothing becomes too much of a work burden for an addict, you have to be getting close to the end of the road.

Vacations for Nick don't really seem to mean vacations. They seem to be just an excuse for him to dodge his kids, dodge his streaming schedule and just get even more messed up than he does at the house. The vacation is just becoming an easy reason he can use to skip several streams. Nothing about his vacations seems to be any fun to him. He doesn't seem to have any goal in life anymore aside from blotting out the world any way he can.

The eye droop starting is another really bad sign if its related to alcohol consumption. He could also be moving into painkillers which might be even worse yet for him. You have to wonder what the wife thinks at this point. Stroke eye like that is unsettling to see in anyone and given his tweaking, he must be just hell to even be around.

I think that might be reaching that he's tweaking on pain meds. Honestly, as someone that constantly deals with eye irritation, the eye lids of his left eye looked red and swollen and to me just appeared to be irritated like something got in there.

Bit of a fun fact, Chrissie and Jack Goldman ran in the same circles for a long time before Jack was disowned by the streamer tribe. For example they were both associated with a comic by a Liminal Order member called "Little Chad":

Wonder what she'll have to say about Nick and Drexel when they get kicked out of the streamer tribe eventually.
