If that docu-drama about him recently on Netflix is to be believed, I concur. Chris couldn't convince anyone to visit a bath house, and even though Dahmer could charm over the smell with claims of meat in the fridge going bad, the rotten stench of Barb's decomposing corpse, combined with the sight of the hoard, would frighten off anyone.
Plus if one of his victims managed to escape and be found by his Neighbours, even if the cops can be a bit unsure on how to handle troons, I am certain Chris's local cops will be more inclined to listen to the Neighbours than Chris.
I would hope that tard wranglers are given some sort of training to deal with extremely pushy and rapy tards. They probably have a panic button device too.
