They're not going broke if he doesn't pay the rent... worst case scenario they're eventually just going to have him evicted and find another one of those random screeching meth users who pays their rent on time. That's just squarely within their overhead cost of doing business.
His negotiating power is roughly negative.
Between Russ failing to pay his rent on time and that payday loan company that had to sue to get its money, his credit score is probably in the shitter. Very nice of Russ to tell us, though; we'd have never known that he was late with his rent, ONCE, had he not immediately gone on Google to tell the entire world about it.

Nah, he does. He still thinks that every whore is just waiting for a brave and studly man to finally marry them so they can be quaint little housewives.
His problems in this are threefold:
1) He is gross. Not just on his outsides, which are hideous, but his insides, which are even worse. He is a terrible person and no one who is a good and attractive person would want to marry him.
2) He just admitted being late on rent, which means he is probably living paycheck to paycheck, and would thus struggle to financially support a wife.
3) Because of his belief that every whore is just waiting for the right man (him), he will not be able to support the fancy whore lifestyles to which whores have become accustomed, so on the off chance that he does manage to wrangle a whore, she will continue to be a whore and he will not like that, because that's his whore and he does not want to share.
In conclusion, Russell is gross and whores wouldn't have (free) sex with him.
