Proof that Bob has no coherent idea on what video games are supposed to be.
Legend of Zelda =/= Heavy Rain
Then again, this is the same person who said nobody gave a shit about Overwatch and that it was gonna tank. Look at how well that game is doing!

I'm trying to circle the hows and why's of him being a lolcow so far from everything he's done I think I've refined a couple of key points

1)He cannot come to terms with the idea that art can presented in a different manner than his preferences. Bob cannot wrap his mind around the idea that just because doesnt like it that it might still be a good EG:his distaste for dark gritty superheroes.
2)He works backwards from his conclusions rather than building a conclusion from the ground up. EG- His defense of the ghostbusters movie because it touched on gender equality despite being shit or his defence of sarah Nyburg because she's an avid anti-gg.
3)His impulsive nature means he will say things in the moment which are morally reprehensible because his blood is up EG-"their are no bad tactics only bad targets" or that time he flirted with having a kid jailed.
4) Simplistic absolutist morality, you are either with Bob or you're a bad person and/or fucking stupid, thus justifying anything you want. EG-https://archive.is/7KFHC
5) Dunning kruger effect, Bob is nowhere near as smart as he thinks (his self-depreciating humor is a smokescreen) meaning he says things with a great deal of confidence despite them being bollocks. EG the metroid debacle.
6)Inability to intellectually remove himself from his emotions or each other . l. EG-the way he slumps dudebro's, fps' and right wing politics into one monsterous blob.
7) (most damming) lack of introspection, bob doesn't question himself on analyze anything he does or says. EG that building a better gaming video.

I think I got the key points here, I tried to avoid specific superficial traits such as the mario bullshit and cut to why he's a shitty critic and person. Did I miss anything?

Bob thinks that if we went back to the 80's era of video gaming the game industry would be better then it is now not understanding that entertainment has to evolve in order for it to stay relevant. The Batman thing is a great example, he thinks it should stay in the campy days of the 60's not realizing that comic books in general have moved past simply being children's books.

That, and he is not up to taking on more challenging cinema. I mean, has he not been paying attention the independent and small to mid-budget fare floating around like The Nice Guys and The Green Room, because that's where it's at.

TL;DR: Bob's an idiot, Nolan saved Batman, and the MCU is not the pinnacle of modern filmmaking.
I remember reading an interview Bob had with the director of Green Room Jeremy Saulnier, where Bob literally compares the alt-right to the Neo-Nazi bad guys in the movie. Not joking.
Moviebob said:
The antagonists here feel a lot more authentic than the skinheads that you typically see in movies, where a lot of them are still just the guys in red shirts with the bald heads. How much research went into getting these guys to be what they really are today – the “Alt-Right,” that sort of thing?

Here's his Sausage Party review, it's from the geek.com Youtube channel (where some other videos of his have been posted):

>Praises Sausage Party for being a parody
>Bashes South Park for also being a parody

By Bob's logic, he should be hating Seth's animated stoner comedy just as much as as Matt and Trey's show. And his voice is getting worse. I'd ask how that's even possible, but knowing him, his next video should have him simply be speaking in Yankee-accented tongues.

If you comb through his Sausage Party written review, you'll see he made the distinction between "Golden-Age" South Park and "bad" South Park.
By "bad" South Park he of course means the more recent seasons when they target at his ilk.

Given Bob, he probably only said that to save face. I don't believe for a second he likes any season of that show.

Bob's complaints about nu-Park is that it's "two middle-aged Broadway millionaires complaining about Millennials not laughing at their “politically incorrect” jokes." But if he's such a fan of earlier seasons, wouldn't he know that Trey & Matt's style of satire isn't nearly as simplistic and one-dimensional as he's making it out to be? That the actual message of Season 19 is actually more along the lines of "Insincere progressivism is bad?"

As if Bob actually finished the season. He probably watched the first episode and was too triggered to watch the rest.

It's primary critique is that a lot of of pc culture is just an extension of gentrification. That we are not really helping anyone but rather polishing turds and dis-frachising the underclasses and outsiders further, linguistics don't control thought or reality so it doesn't matter if you can't crack mean spirited nigger jokes because its totally irrelivant to the average black Americans poverty stricken life and the working class in general. Bob would naturally dislike this statement because of what it infers about his own stances in gaming sub culture and his desire to incorporate it into the middle class mainstreme. After all nobody likes to be accused of astroturfing /cleansing cultures

Well after the first episode, he did call the show "The Trump of comedy", so blah blah "punching down" blah blah.

P.S. He can't even enjoy Kubo and the Two Strings without comparing it to Zelda. Just keep comparing apples and oranges, Bob:
