More post-jail sightings megathread

Do they have to tell the midget wrangler about his charges if they were dropped?

She doesn't conduct herself as if she were told "This lunatic raped his own mother and just got out of 2 years in jail so he'll be starving for his next victim!"

Nope. Some agencies will be very open with their wranglers. Some didn't even warn me clients had epilepsy and that is not fun to learn of hte hard way. Or that they were handsy.

Coworkers client had AIDs and was in restraints because he would attempt to infect others. No one found out until records were being digitized by one of us.

What are the odds she was given some super rose colored version like:

Christine is an adult autistic child who's mother's dementia has gotten too bad to take care of her anymore. Christine's had run ins with the law before because she doesn't know how to behave. Luckily, she got the autism deferral because she doesn't know any better. Now she's in the system where she can get the help her mother can't give her.

P.S. Even though the system would respect Chris's pronouns, writing that made me wanna barf!

If you are working in a busy agency your pretty much told heres your client talk to him write up a treatment goal plan and that's that. You may have only been there a month with minimal training before your given a caseload of if your lucky only 10 to 20 clients. Post covid caseloads doubled or tripled for a lot of agencies.

My agency luckily hasnt given into the pronoun shit yet. And I can mark a client as obese if i think it effects their goals.

I get a small section with primary diagnosis (if they have seen a psych and its actually been updated; if not i fill this in after our first meeting with tenative diagnosis barring psychiatrist) and beyond that its just demographic info.

idk why i didnt think Chris would be fond of food substitutes, but thinking about it now, it makes perfect sense that the man who constantly employs childish, magical thinking, would be a fan of fad foodstuffs

im not suggeting that all consumption of tofu is a fad or that some people dont simply and earnestly enjoy chewing on the textured real world embodiment of a broken media file, but Chris very much seems like a "ooooh this is uhhh 69% healthier you say? because its made of plants? ive heard of those.......... sign me he fuck up, ill eat it" kinda guy
i think we have evidence from the early days that he thinks diet cokey coler is healthy

I missed it. Although someone said that, I don't remember an actual quote. I'd think Chris would probably consider her a Traitress rather than a Suitress at this point, although who knows with his endless lust for pussy of any kind.
Actually he seems to have gotten a soft spot for her and doesn't have any anger against her at all, and wants to see her again, according to some jail letters iirc.

That’s my point, I’d think that raping your dementia-riddled mother kind of seals off your options even further if you’re somebody like Chris.
Depends on if he actually raped her or if it was consensual, and it really is looking like it was the latter. People with very low ick-factors like most libtards can probably get over it.

I know this has been debated, and debated, and debated, and debated for years already but I think just on the basis of dementia it’s rape on some level.

How long are you assigned to treat someone on average? With the case sealed and charges dropped there's no way of knowing how long Chris is assigned this wrangler and even if he was terminally ill there's no way the state or gateway is gonna pay this poor woman to babysit him for the rest of his life. Even if it is shit pay with no benefits these wranglers are rarely if ever assigned to take care of these retards for life unless they're private caregivers licensed to charge their own rates and the the families are rich and pay huge sums to take care of them for their entire lives.

The jail might have only referred to Chris by his last name while he was there ex: "CHANDLER! Mail for ya." Or "Oh shit Chandlers kicking against the cell door screaming about Sony chews again." And the one time we got a detailed account of Chris in court he got mad when they used male pronouns, I know the judge said he was reading from the papers but I wanna belive deep down he did that to intentionally remind Chris of what he always will be.

Personally as i said in a different thread I'm a little more open to the use of they when dealing with trannys in the system. Sure they was more or less invented by gender specials who want the best of both worlds in the HGTV game, but if you use it in just the right way you can turn it around on them as a way to refuse to play along with their bullshit while also toeing the line when it comes to their little pronoun game.

I don't think Barb has dementia at all though
Wasn't she 'confused and kept saying no' per Chris? Idk, I don't have the time to dig through 500 pages of lore right now but I don't think there was an official confirmation, so you may be right. Certainly she's at least senile, but I really wouldn't put dementia past her. Too many boxes ticked.

Personally my longest client was 12 years and that was in district working with retarded children through their schooling. I do not like to do ICMS which is what this woman is doing but my coworkers do. ICMS is when you are doing community services with them driving them around etc.

Quite a few workers though have been case managers for years with the same person. Off the top of my head I know at least one has worked with one of his clients since the early 2000s. Usually though because of turnover a client that long may be on their 5th or 6th worker if lucky.

So it really depends its more how long the client is a part of the agency.

I don't really remember exactly either, but from what Chris has said it was consensual, for what that is worth. We also know Barb was creepy towards Chris for years beforehand, so he was maybe groomed into the idea somewhat. Barb always was fully concious on audio recordings or when she didn't know she was on video. The begging for money videos is just her being nervous imo.

My experience working in government-funded hospice care basically echoes this, we had clients for years and years and years who defied their illness timelines. They were never cut off, government insurance/disability assistance kept paying, they'd just get a new RN + CNA + Chaplain + Household Helper whenever one quit, got fired, retired, whatever. State would've kept them on their teet long as need be.
