he wants to hurt people, not fight them
That's an astute observation. He wants to be a malevolent abuser and be celebrated for it. Couldn't imagine the type of person who'd want his company. Maybe that's why he sticks to paywalled chatrooms and member's only clubhouses.

Last night Warski claimed that our wife grabbed his dick in Knoxville.

I'm going to have to call bullshit on this claim. I can't attest to whether or not Nick and his wife were *ahem* swingers when the Warski vs Tonka fight was supposed to go down. But Andy's enough of a stuttering tard to turn a woman like Lady Racket's pussy to sandpaper.

Plus there's this gem where he tried to claim credit for creating the Sweetie Squad. So I'm just going to assume she took one look at him and said "Sorry, but you're not enough of a black bull for me."
I don't know a lot of Jim lore, but there's no way this is true. What a retard. My god.

But he suffers from depression and lives at home with his mother,
This is incorrect. His parents are in SC where he was raised. He moved from VA (where he worked for the gov't for many years), then Houston, and then Austin, iirc.

He's not meant for streaming. We can all agree on that.

@Himedall All-seeing Waifu 's post made me sad. He didn't know where to go and probably thought he'd be on stage. He's a sad man with a big brain but hardly worth our wrath. Beyond some idiotic dating issue with Megan Fox he's not hurt a fly.

Urgh. Warski is so exhausting when he’s copying Ralph and trying to holler. I don’t know why but it sounds like a baby crying to me. I drown it out.

I also drown it out like a baby crying because when Ralph is a hollering’ hog, he lets slip the truth or how he really feels. He’s raw.

Andy is the opposite, he openly lies when he’s “ranting” because he thinks it will be funny and almost none of its true. This time next week “ahhh it was for the bit, she didn’t really grab me down there guys. These Kiwi alogs reading too deeply into things”

It was just a joke joke guys. Unlike the statement made by Kaneko Lumi. She definitely meant it.

Bit of a power level but I've been on vacation in Japan for like a week. Everyone is very reserved, polite, proper. Sometimes they'll get drunk and loud with you but then it's all complements and jokes. After such exposure watching this clip in my hotel room drove me into a fit of unhinged laughter. Just vulgar and retarded from everyone involved.

And those are the canadians...

Also holy shit Rackets. You're down in Kino Casino territory now? Thats fucking rough.

His major issue is he doesn't really crack jokes or make it entertaining when he streams trials. Often will sit in silence and listen and when he does give the legal analysis he's pretty dry without someone to rift off of.
Am I the only one that appreciates his very matter-of-fact legal explanations? There's a sincerity there I find refreshing. I rarely engage in or read chats so that's never been an issue for me.

The fry legal explainations would be great if they didn’t have an hour of noting between them. Nick’s court room show would be much better as a running commentary of legal strategy as things go than the simple reactions that it became.

With Rekieta constantly gaslighting Joshie and his take on Drexel, where no one is supposed to believe their lying ears, and just trust Nikky Boy's take, I feel it is only appropriate to bring back this accurate assessment of Rekieta.

I remember his father being in the chat somewhat regularly. Not so much now, but it was always a SuperChat, and he does not get quite so many any more. It could be nothing...

Imagine that degenerate fuckup being your son. Very depressing

I don't recall that, but that does fit into the narrative that his parents' money was predicated upon him not acting like a perverted weirdo.

Uncivil law seems like a nice enough person and seems intelligent on his professed area of expertise of constitutional law.

But he suffers from depression and lives at home with his mother, unemployed. He is hypersensitive as all fuck so the whole chat has to walk around on egg shells. And he has a small cabal of moderators who pounce on any ounce of levity.

I find him more interesting as a personality simply because he is more intelligent than average. However, as @MunsterCheeseJr has generously reminded us, his other faults melt that all away. He could actually do quite well for himself (and his personality) if he would care a lot less about what others think and stop taking himself so seriously. There's no way in hell that will happen, but it's just sad to see.

On topic: This is another reason why many "creatives" resort to drugs and alcohol to fuel their work. And there's many that do resort, including professionals. Aspiring artists, for instance, always seem so disappointed to hear their favorite creative type is abusing substances in the background despite "being so nice and just seemed 'normal"". Well, most normal people can't really maintain a 24/7 social media presence/persona that never turns off AND keep up with practicing/producing. Chances are they would be more boring to follow if they held a normal routine. Substances can dumb down the mean little critical voices and it may help them get by long enough to create a believable veneer of not being shitty. Nick had that ability for a while but years of alcohol abuse has consequences...

Particularly with the Navy history has proven him right, starting with the punitive expeditions against the Barbary coast states to the USN becoming the dominant naval force in the world in WW2 to the current assurance against piracy around the globe by the USN. Of course it seems like all of our country's military institutions are approaching their expiration date through sheer retardation but it was fun while it lasted.

Found this clip of Nick and Drexel talking about American Beauty. Edited down a bit to reduce deviations by Drexel.

Listening to Nick talk about telling homeschool co-op kids that American Beauty is is favorite movie because "it's about how life is horrible until you decide not to care anymore, and then it gets better, but ultimately leads to destruction" was very telling.

Overall, is sounds as though Nick is espousing selfishness as a virtue (don't care for others and they will respect you and such). Even down to cooming being the highpoint of his day (as Nick said in December, "what else is there?"), feeling dead inside because he isn't fulfilled with what he's doing with his life (lawtube, family commitments/expectations, etc) and their appreciation for the effects of a midlife crisis, the things Nick points out all sound like things he's covered over the course of his own decline.

It seems like Nick is playing a role from his favorite movie. Things going wrong in his life are likely interpreted as affirmation of a somewhat romanticized worldview. Might be worth a listen for interested parties:

Yeah, I view the whole nihilist self worship in the movie very negatively. It clicked to me that’s it’s a gay man who lived through the AIDS crisis and it all made sense. It’s not cribbing some Buddhist nihilism or Daoist cynicism, it’s literally just a gay guy with AIDS deciding to self-destruct.

It basically ties into Rackets, too. A midlife crisis is usually something that happens when you’re kids are independent enough and you have enough money where you can take back your free time to think about where you are in life and if you’ve done something fulfilling or not. Rekieta isn’t having a midlife crisis, he just has substance abuse problems and AIDS. Nigga has a 5 year old.

His major issue is he doesn't really crack jokes or make it entertaining when he streams trials. Often will sit in silence and listen and when he does give the legal analysis he's pretty dry without someone to rift off of.
I don’t think he can carry his own show. He either needs to be a co-host or the expert who calls in.
