It's the demand you choose between a traditional role, which earns you derisiveness and scorn from feminists, or serve the business sector by being in the workforce, which they consider the ideal. It irritates me as there is no in between, or even acknowledgement of children at all.

It's time to answer the DUFF question. Women complain of their enslavement to men but really it is they who force each other into a false hierarchy.

In this hierarchy the DUFF or Designated Ugly Fat Friend is forced into the role of the untouchable caste. DUFFs must be liberated to ensure a fair and equal future but since this would completely wreck women's self-esteem it's gonna be up to us fellas. DUFF rights now.

I'm sorry but Null is 100% wrong. Maybe in 2010 the incels were still your basement dwelling MOBA players who shower once a month and looked like fucking Chris Chan, but today that's not the case. Today it seems to be common to be 20 year olds and never had a girlfriend. The dating market got lit on fire and it burned quickly. There is 0 reason you should ever have this many young men claiming to have never been on a date. Something is wrong and seriously broken. Maybe we're more likely to pass the blame onto the guys and just call them incels because we're in this bubble that is KiwiFarms and our entire schtick is making fun of people who actually are the cause of their own misery.

You can blame it on whatever, but when men are getting their legs broken just to become a bit taller, there's something fucking wrong in society.

the post-WWII era US economy, from approximately 1940-1990, was a glorious half-century of mostly single income households where men could earn enough that their wives could afford to stay home and raise the kids.

I was raised in a single-income household, and so were most of my friends. We lived in nice houses on 3/4-acre plots in the suburbs, and our moms were full-time homemakers - it was considered a legitimate profession. My mom had a college degree and worked before having kids. After, she stayed home, cooked, cleaned, sewed, knitted, shopped, did the taxes, the budget, the yardwork, the laundry. It was fucking glorious. My mom and most of her contemporaries were professional cooks and nutritionists. Me and my friends ate *right,* lemme tell you: homemade fried chicken, soups, pies, casseroles, bread.

That lifestyle is all but extinct now. It's a goddamn tragedy. It's all but an offense against nature. The world economy has been so utterly fucked by globohomo multinationals who want us all dwelling in plebe cubes with no possessions, we're basically living in a modern feudal system.

We're lamenting kids put in daycare but at least those kids got a potential at an adult influence and some care. The biggest tragedies of our times are the latchkey kids who were just left to run amok largely by single mothers who then put the blame on everyone but themselves for how jaded and selfish their offspring have become.

That's what I'm saying. The dating market is just terrible for your average dude and the smart ones opt out. If we were 2003 or 1993, I would call a dude that couldn't get a date weird because women were able to put up with a lot more bullshit that really was trivial in the grand scheme of things, like him being a nerd or even kinda chubby or the like so long as he presented himself well and wasn't a creep, just a bit odd. Social media has raised the standards of women to an unrealistically high bar, to the point most men can't satisfy it. So you average guy now is where the nerd or fat dude was 20 years ago and the nerd/fat dude are fucked. Really, I hate social media so much because it monetizes the proliferation of these bullshit illusions and causes problems for everyone involved, since now women have very dull personalities and dress like whores too. We should've thought about how social media would affect the world before letting it loose on a society that really doesn't understand it at large to this day.
