This kind of reminds me of when Reagan repeated a toast to Margaret Thatcher (with identical words and gestures) at his 82nd birthday in 1993. Joe's liable to repeat that Charlottesville anecdote verbatim again- it's just a question of where he'll be and when.
Also, 98-year old Jimmy Carter (who's currently receiving hospice care at home) has requested that Biden delivers his eulogy once he dies. While such a scene would be horrifyingly amusing to watch, I think we can all agree that that's NOT fucking happening. It'll be entertaining to watch his handlers publicly refuse the request, then struggle to find an excuse for why he can't honor it without drawing attention to the dementia factor. They will fail miserably, not just because everyone already knows that he's cognitively annihilated, but also due to there not being a remotely believable excuse to justify his bad-taste absence at a critical ceremony for his friend, colleague, and former president.

I don't know what would be better, watching Biden fumble his way through saying Beau died in Afghanistan while cornpop burned his Corvette so he totally gets Carter, or if they shuffle Joe off and have Kamala do it for visibility and she chuckles her way through the eulogy.
Either one of those would be about the most fitting sendoff for Carter I could think of. The only reason that stupid fuck isn't considered as bad as Biden is because his was actually a case of raw stupidity rather than a mixture of cognitive decline and unabated evil.

Biden will probably pre-record a eulogy and just have it play at the funeral. His team can just edit all the usable bits together so he sounds good.

Probably not as well as they should be, that's for sure. Victory disease though is one hell of a drug. Funnily enough, I just found out today that some military audit occurred at work a few weeks ago. They're "unsatisfied" with our production rate and apparently demanded we start prioritizing military contracts over the more profitable civilian stuff. I'm just waiting for the day the CEO blames us, the workers, personally for "enabling the Russians to enter Kyyyyyieffev" or whatever "disaster" they'll mention when we miss our targets again. I don't know what the military expects though, apparently the plan was to be at triple production rate for military goods by 2030, and that was without planning for the ongoing trade troubles with China, Russia, et al.
I'm honestly waiting for the "stabbed in the back" shit to start flying at this point.
