A few years ago, I think in the Russ thread, I went a bit of a dive digging into vextious litigant cases I could find in the news. It took something like 10+ baseless cases, sometimes even 20, against the same entity over years for someone to get labelled a vexatious litigant in the ones I found. The fact of the matter is Vickers has been losing a lot of these because he's a fat idiot who doesn't know anything about the law. He isn't necessarily losing them because they have no merit. I'm glad that is what's happening because it's funnnier to us if he loses because he doesn't think he has to show up to court hearing while in the previous breathe he's making fun of Ralph for showin up to the last hearing inhebriated and ranting incoherently.

California actually has a rather vicious vexlit statute. And although this shouldn't be the case (imo for constitutional reasons), it's specifically directed at litigants in propria persona. (More frequently called pro se but that is the language in the statute.)
