So from what I’m reading here Vickers and some business partner stole the shop and inventory from this guy trying to dodge taxes and the guy took them to court but then also went off the handle and took the other business partner hostage so his case fell apart.

The link, which I'll post at the end of this, directs to a federal case where the former owner of my coin shop attempts to sue the IRS...by himself. The OG Pro Se Jones. This document is from January 8, 2020...nearly 8 years after legal matters between he and I concluded in April of 2012.

"Liminal Heaven," who opened a Twitter account for seemingly one day to DM Faith and then shut it down, claims that he "pulled all the court documents," but pulled no relevant court documents, as I have zero involvement in the case listed. But it's a fun read if you want to know how fucking CRAZY this guy was/is.

I know it's a long read...but at least read long enough to see that I wasn't involved in this case. It's a guy trying desperately to avoid paying taxes (he was in trouble with the IRS well before he and I ever met), by trying to say that people stole from him. If he had problems with the IRS, is it really a surprise why he would try to claim a loss from "theft?" Seems pretty obvious to me, but then again, I lived through it.

The case ACTUALLY involving me is public record. What's stopping them from pulling those documents? Probably because they'd have to dox themselves to get the info.

There were no oral contracts or agreements. Everything, down to the penny, was meticulously tracked and signed off by both parties. There's a reason no cops ever came calling. There's a reason he's never won a lawsuit.

Look into the guy. Again, public info. Tax cheat. Spousal abuse. Assault on a minor (sealed record). False imprisonment. Carrying a loaded gun in public, and more...and of course...massive alcoholic. Did something shady happen with Vickers' acquisition of the coin shop? The state of California seems to think not. Did this guy Vickers was in business with operate pretty loosely? It would seem so.
