Ashley is a vindictive narcissist who's destroying herself to get back at her mother for forcing her into inpatient mental care when she threatened suicide after being caught camming on 4chan at 14 or 15 years old. She's a 25 year old woman permanently stuck at the mental age of an incredibly obnoxious teenager, and has a history of manipulating friendships for personal gain as well as exploiting people's general shock at her appearance to get away with acting in the atrocious way she does. The only reason she's still alive is because she feeds off the constant "How is she still alive? She's the skinniest person I've ever seen! Get this poor girl some help!" comments. Cut it out.

And I don't think that Ashley knows she will die soon if not treated. Generally, eating disorders patients are known to show extreme levels of denial; for her, she is beautiful and somewhat healthy. I think that deep down, she knows something is wrong, but she shrugs it off and continue with the denial.

She knows she's going to die. She always posts in her own thread under anon on lolcow. It's very easy to spot her, and everyone just replied back with some form of [RATTLE RATTLE.]

She lives for this kind of attention, I'm sure if she was even capable of orgasm any more, she'd be jilling it to her lolcow thread, or Panera mac and cheese. Maybe both.

I never know what to say about people with eating disorders. If you say they are ugly, it just encourages them. If you say they're pretty, that just encourages them too. The brutal fact of the matter is that if a fairy appeared right this very instant and waved a magic wand, restoring Ashley to perfect health and wiping away the compulsion that feeds her ED, Ashley would be pissed off.
