How does this keep happening to him? He is absolutely surrounded by people assailing his marriage and assuming he would whore out his wife, and all he seems to muster is a bemused feeling of flattery. That’s not normal. If a couple friend asked if they could fuck my spouse I would be disgusted and horrified and at the very least never speak to them again. He just keeps finding himself in a position to politely decline with many thanks for the compliment.
They seek this out as some form of entertainment and ego boost. Going to a gay bar to get chatted up and have lesbians hit on Kayla for your birthday? Attending swingers resorts to mingle among swingers while maintaining monogamy? They’re doing an awful lot of window shopping for a “happily monogamous” couple.
Nick has only seemed offended when people who don’t like him call Kayla “our wife”, and make a mockery out of cucking him. It’s only upsetting when he’s made a fool and not a cool guy with a hot wife.

Nick's new comments about the case are completely disingenuous. I very much doubt he even believes any the stuff he is saying at this point. At around 4:40 in the elissa clip, he talks as if he still expects to win an easy SLAPP judgement against Monty. He actually talks about Monty eventually having a judgement lingering over him forever.
By the way he was talking, I think he is down to figuring he can win on the matter of Monty having to prove actual malice. (He is assuming that judge will declare everyone public figures). He seems to think that his unshakable belief in the truth of what he said will protect him. But he probably should think twice about that and maybe review all the things he has said about Monty and his own motives on streams over just about a year now, that stream where he point by point answered the complaint and also just how difficult any deposition or trail testimony is going to be for him due to all of the things he has said. He might also want to think about that whole "reckless disregard for the truth" aspect of malice.

Found the stream where Drexel said he didn't want this lifestyle for Nick and... someone. To those who were comforted by this, well, I don't know what to say. It sounds like a defense by way of admission.
This is in late June 2019 in the context of Drexel proving how good of a guy he is and why Nick can trust him with his wife and kids and how Drexel doesn't mess with people he knows (which is a demonstrable lie).
Drexel tells Nick about how someone close to him, "closer to [him] than [he] knows" for added emphasis, so much so that they will have to have a talk about it after the stream, approached him expressing disappointment in her marriage. He told her to do whatever it takes to fix her marriage and not "come to clown world" where she will get used up and become a single mom.
"I don't want that for her, I don't want that for-for you, you know, uh, cuz we know her."
Chat was slow, but then sees a substantial increase because it sounds like Drexel outed Kayla on stream to prove he was a good guy who could be trusted with her.
This is similar to how Drexel threw Nick under the bus to defend himself last year (before Nick's public embrace of the coom). It seems that Drexel can't just can't help telling on the Rekieta's to make himself look good.

I am not sure that he is purposefully being deceptive. I am more inclined to think that he genuinely does not understand the medical nuances, woth his disdain for modern medicine. He has some kind of Dunning-Kruger going on.

The stories about Nick and Kayla going out somewhere and people trying to pick them up have become a trope at this stage. I legitimately do not understand how he doesn't understand it sounds fucking weird. He mentioned it last week too on the same show where he held court about how he didn't NEED sex toys, he just thought they were hilarious. I didn't clip it because of how derivative it was of previous stories, but even people in his chat were starting to question it.

Honestly, somebody who would sit down with Schneider and try to hammer out an out-of-court settlement. Something Nick seems adamant he doesn't want to do. Again, egotistical maniac who can never be wrong. NEVER.
Randazza is there to try and get Colorado anti-SLAPP applied. If that fails, I think Nick might be in some serious shit. Monty's IIED claim should be tossed (he can't seem to prove any of it), but Nick genuinely did a fucky-wucky oopsie doodle when he said what he said about Monty. It wasn't phrased as an opinion, and he's quadrupled down on it now.
Honestly, even if Nick wins his appeal, I think Monty has already managed to do a significant amount of damage to him. Nick's out more money than most Americans make in a year, and his reputation has taken a gigantic hit. He's visibly turned his back on all the principles he espoused during the Vic Mignonia case all so that he could "win" a gay Internet argument against a weirdo he should have just ignored.

Didn't Randazza mention early this year that he had a freeze peach case that already costed the client over 100k? Think it was March or April. If he was talking about Rekieta. It wouldn't surprise me that he's going to be pissing away at the very least $250,000 by the end of the trial, as long as it doesn't get dismissed. Along with whatever the settlement is going to be. That is over half a decade worth of wages for the average American.

Incredibly easy case to avoid by not being a complete retard, and the apology could have been generic corporate speak about being misinformed or fed bad information most likely.
