3 weeks post-op
Done at the Buncke Clinic in San Francisco, CA. They were willing to do glansplasty and scrotoplasty in the first surgery as well. Covered by insurance, only had to pay a few hundred out-of-pocket.
Her arm is still wrapped, so no pics of the grisly graft site (yet). She apparently has "an internal fistula which is causing some of the urine to leak out of my front hole".
Kinda funny & sad that she refuses to say "vag". Unironically uses front hole and says things like v*ginal canal and vnectomy.

i’m over 2 years post phallo, 6 months post vaginectomy
i had to get on post-HIV exposure prophylactic (PEP) following a SA incident from a grindr hook up & after being turned away from multiple Urgent Care Centers, i went to planned parenthood to meet with a physician.
on the intake form, it does not list “gender” only “assigned sex at birth”. fine, i only ever put M. asked if pregnancy/periods were applicable & i said no.
met with the first nurse aid. go through the questions. gets to gender & pronouns - idc & idc bc i’m here for HIV stuff. didn’t know how to handle that but muddled through. asked again “pregnant/period”, already said no so “i have a dick” (usually gets them to shut up). muddled through this too. ask about condom usage during sex “i always insist on condoms, but that’s not why i’m here”. says she’ll put “sometimes”. “do u want legal council?” no. i want this to be over. (similar happens again, same legal q) finally she muddled through & leaves.
physician came in. “hey the last girl was new & she didn’t know how to handle these questions. so pregnant/period?” again “i have a dick”. “is it from birth or surgically constructed?” …… from birth.
now finally we could actually get the blood tests & prescribe the time sensitive medication

A 49-year-old man presented to the emergency room with complaints of lower abdominal pain and urinary incontinence. A CT scan was ordered (Figure 1). On urologic examination, a 6 cm self-induced incision was discovered longitudinally along the perineal raphe. Six years previously he had sharply incised his perineal raphe to create a “vagina.” He placed foreign objects in the created space in order to derive sexual pleasure. Two weeks previously, influenced by alcohol intoxication, he had inserted the handle of a toilet brush and was unable to retrieve it.
He was taken to the operating room where a further examination revealed an 8 cm deep defect in the perineum. He also had a bulbar urethral-cutaneous fistula (Figure 2). An open cystotomy was performed and the toilet brush handle was removed (Figure 3).
He was treated with antibiotics and did well postoperatively. A psychiatric consult was completed and he was diagnosed with gender-identity disorder but was otherwise stable and safe to be discharged. The patient refused surgical repair of the fistula and the perineal defect.

As far as I can tell from the report it was lodged within the neovag itself. It was wedged in against the public arch and there wasn’t space to wiggle it out or swing it because the pelvis was in the way. Imagine you’ve stuck a pencil down your throat and the base of it is wedged against your teeth (sorry that’s kind of grim, I’m just trying to make an analogy with other body parts.) you’d need to kid of push it further down the throat to get it away from the teeth to pull it out. In this case the base of the eight inch long dilator is wedged onto the public arch and you’d need to push it further in to swing it out the way and pull it out.
That would burst the neovag. So they’ve gone in through the sunroof, so to speak.
