Rape is more common than you want to believe. But the kicker is that it doesn't need to happen that often to send a message. You are saying with your words and actions that some of men are rapists, and the rest of the men are going to close ranks and protect the rapists when they rape.

Example: The Catholic Church. Priests are famously notorious there for raping children, women, even nuns; but the diocese would just play hot potato and rotate these predators into other churches.

If some men were not rapists, then women wouldn't "need" other men to protect them. (I'm using "need" in airquotes because rapists are usually not stupid enough to try and rape women in front of a male witness.)

I will add her stupid logic that rape is something all men are vicariously liable for would, inter alia, suggest that myself and others who are adhere to a race realist view about blacks and certain other demographics are correct, because the number of blacks who actively engage in violent crime is much higher than men who engage in rape or otherwise benefit from it somehow.

That was one hell of a run-on sentence. Are you trying to say that racism is actually good because you yourself are white (presumably) and (presumably) not a rapist? Men most commonly rape women of their own race, and women are most commonly raped by men they know, because those men are able to lure them into a private space/ply them with alcohol and drugs/threaten them with reputational ruin/etc.
