Also, ive noticed some people online say what they want him for bowsah is to totally stay off the internet and I totally understand why. My version would be if I was like his probation officer or his mom (or anyone with authority over his internet access), is that I would block not just any website or platform with minors on it, but every single place on the internet EXCEPT places that mock him! So the only website’s that would be white listed would he his thread, the white bowser reddit, and youtube channels like kiwi’s, smokey’s, and cow wrangler’s. Everywhere else including earldube93.com would be blocked

At risk of sounding like a total fag I personally wouldn't want Earl to stay off the internet, now I wouldn't want him unsupervised (we all know the horrors that'd occur if that happened) I want shitloads of eyes on him just to constantly poke and prod him it would make phenomenal entertainment hell let him make his shitty videos he'd probably end up even more like chris.

I agree completely but with one exception….
I think for the best interest of such psychiatric institutions is that in addition to live cameras they also need the ability to have speakers for TTS donations, fish tank style!
So for example, let’s say Bowsah is in his padded retard room at Henry Ford. I think it would be in the best of interest for a speaker to be in the room so that while Earl is eating is world famous Henry Ford psych ward chicken for him to receive a TTS donation in the voice of SmokeyMcC saying “You awe a Pwedetah!”
