Nick admitted early on that Dax is a troll but then later said he believed that Dax believes Eric committed fraud. Nick should drop the pretense of being objective or impartial.

Exactly. Nick tries to pwn him by pointing out that they aren't literally touching him, and genuinely thinks July is upset with him for not being ""loyal"", when the real reason is that he's being a weasely, pedantic faggot to carry water for his sodomite friends. He wasn't an orator to begin with but July has every reason to be upset and frazzled, having to play stupid word games over what is and isn't a criminal offense. It's like when a kid hovers his hand in another kids face and goes, "Neener-neener I'm not touching yoooou".
I had posted this a few pages back but did not give a description as I wanted to watch the stream live last night.I wish I could remember the stream but I know for a fucking fact that on at least two occasions Nick has said, to paraphrase, that if you show up on his property unannounced your body will never be found. Major faggot behavior to pretend otherwise. Whatever principles or values he pretends to have vanish in an instant when Juju and Vito the Pedo are involved.
Nick is a massive weasel.
And Nick has a very funny tic where, while he is more than willing to be dishonest and deliberately mislead, he seems to have a problem with outright lying in certain cases where he could be exposed as lying.
It's as if stereotypes about lawyers, Jews, and coomers exist for a reasonThis faggot is such a fucking snake.
I guess he's said something along those lines more times than I remembered, because I remember him specifically talking about the slough around his property, and how a body could be hidden in it. He's definitely said the exact opposite of last night in a myriad of different ways.I had posted this a few pages back but did not give a description as I wanted to watch the stream live last night.
elissa clips video on Jan 19, 2023 - Montagraph v Rekieta Law: Extension Granted, a Warning to the Stalker, & Nick’s Ordered to Pay Costs
I believe the statement Nick made at 4:35 is what you're looking for. I would recommend watching the entire clip leading up to it to compare to what Eric July said in his video calling out Nick.
"Oh, if either of you two show up on my property. You'll have about 8 seconds to fucking leave. By the way. You won't get much warning. I'll treat your presence anywhere near me as a fucking threat. Fuck you!"
Nick has never been a fencerider. He has always been a dickrider. The only times he has ever attempted to ride the fence on an issue he did so because he wanted to take a fencepost up the ass.Remember the whole point of this conversation was that Nick claims that he was the perfect fencerider and totally neutral in this dispute because his position appeared to be that Dick was 100% correct but with added boilerplate "I LOVE Eric July, I hope he makes a BILLION dollars!"
Correct. Instead of sperging out at Eric July, Rackets goaded him into giving a deposition of legally admissable material should July ever try anything. Stuff like how he doesn't consider Riley a threat to his personal safety, how the building was publicly accessible, so on. Even information on the costs of his charity. It turns out antagonizing a lawyer and then debating him on legal matters involving yourself is a really bad idea.Ahh, I figured out why the conversation is going so strangely. These are all pre-written questions from a lawyer. In his quest to be agreeable as a manipulation tactic, Nick agreed that he wasn't talking in a legal sense in the conversation to appease Eric July. However, when he goes back to reading his pre-written questions he prefaces the next one with "this is the frustrating part about talking THE LAW." It even works, as Eric July starts "talking the law" with Nick. That's when it hit me, this isn't a livestream interview. This is a deposition. Nick is asking Eric July questions which would be pertinent in a potential legal battle, that's why he can't get off the topic. "Isn't it accessible through that third entrance?" "Why does it matter if he has no business?" ""They didn't get an incident report, did they?" This is all info for Juju and the Pedo. Eric July shouldn't have taken this conversation.
EDIT: Listen to the fucking way he tries to pin him on the "oh so you say showing up in public is threatening, but you actually invite it, so you can't consideer it a threat then, right?" He's pseudo-deposing this motherfucker.
The problem with the Rekieta 4-D-chess-pseudo-deposition is that none of this shit actually matters in any circumstance outside of Rekieta's mind.Correct. Instead of sperging out at Eric July, Rackets goaded him into giving a deposition of legally admissable material should July ever try anything. Except we have example after example that opposing Rekieta when it comes to legal matters is the winning position. If Rekieta agrees with you, you're likely in trouble.Correct. Looks like Nick will be on with Hunley today.
Sean will be there too.
This is true. Maybe the upcoming Eric July murder/murder trial will end up with the Supreme Court having murder be declared legal because the alternative would be Nick Rekieta being correct.Except we have example after example that opposing Rekieta when it comes to legal matters is the winning position. If Rekieta agrees with you, you're likely in trouble.
You don’t say? Unusual for him.Nick did not.
I do think it's worth pointing out that this is most likely what's going through Nick's mind, though. He is absolutely looking for ways to curry favor with Juju and the Cuties Gang. He wouldn't repeatedly ask about the cost of those charity books otherwiseThe only reason people think he's getting specific, actionable, legal information here is because nobody ever follows up on whether his faggoty debate tactics have gotten someone's statements admitted in a court. Spoiler alert: they have not.
Is it worse to be an actual pedo or cynically join the Pedo Defense Force for some imaginary clout with a has-been fat malding faggot pedo and a never-was fat greaseball wop pedo?I do think it's worth pointing out that this is most likely what's going through Nick's mind, though. I would say it's more of a libertarian moment. The idea that you're legally cleared to light up anyone that enters your home unannounced is something they (we if I'm honest) jerk off to, but realistically the warehouse employees will just yell at Riley to leave. You're very right in that declaring the intent to shoot Riley in cold blood would not help July's case if it came to be. I'm actually surprised Nick didn't point that out, maybe he was drunk and hungover (lol).Eric had a nigger moment while saying he was playing FAFO and could've caught lead legally. It is technically true on its face, but there's a high chance the jury will nullify to convict you anyways because of the location and "You shot a guy for that!?". Prosecutor would hammer that statement in a case as "Well he was planning to shoot these two dindu nuthins!"
I'll give this to Rekieta. Riley is the exact same height and build as Ralph, if you remember The Guntbattle."well, technically there's a way he could get in without having to climb a fence!"
This part reminded me of that famous image of the bullfighter showing his disdain for the black bull by sitting down with his head in his hands. (the internet can't decide if this is him taunting the bull or genuine remorse leading him to quit bullfighting but this is irrelevant to this post)"I DIDN'T WANT TO DO THIS ERIC!"
Nick goes on the attack! The entire stream Nick insists he doesn't believe Eric's done anything wrong. But he now throws Dick's accusations of fraud at Eric like they are some kind of gotcha. Nick looks like he wants to crawl into a hole and have a good cry the whole time.
It's funny that you say this, because not only should he understand this implicitly, it was his entire game plan during the Vic Lasagna saga. They never expected Lasagna to win in court, they just wanted to show the world how weird and scummy the accusers are by doing a public court case and publicly showing the depositions of Monica Rial and Ron Toye. There is still a user on KF named Serial Killer Ron Toye or something as a result of just how hard public opinion swung against them.Nick just doesnt understand that while weasel words hypothetically work in a court room for very specific reasons. It actually has the opposite effect in the court of public opinion, because it makes people immediately dislike you.
Perhaps Balldo's wet brain has bought into the idea that the law is something that a competent lawyer can exploit, like how an experienced player can exploit a video game's rules. Perhaps this is something that can be done in the right context, but not when facing someone who is being simply honest and straightforward. And unfortunately for him, July lacks the brain capacity to be anything else. For example, the fact that he doesn't generally consider Riley a threat to his personal safety doesn't actually matter to a future self-defense case: what matters is how he feels in the specific instance if/when he shoots Riley in the face.
