Is it worse to be an actual pedo or cynically join the Pedo Defense Force for some imaginary clout with a has-been fat malding faggot pedo and a never-was fat greaseball wop pedo?

Anyway on the wall with the lot of them.
To carry water for subhumans is to be the lowest subhuman of all. Imagine having an IQ over 70 and still being a useful idiot for pedos (you can, because you had breakfast this morning or something)

I don’t understand people comparing to Mr. July to Patrick S. Tomlinson in Elissa’s comments / why Ethan is.
In Ethan's case, its about smelling blood in the water and moving in for the kill. I would expect that soon all the little Ethans will take the cue and adopt the same line. Success like Eric July had is always going to create a whole lot of enemies who are going to wait for their moment. And Ethan's case, he doesn't do friends. Especially successful friends.

CHAT Highlights Sept. 28: OMG The Internet is a Stupid Place: Yep, More Drama - Unbreaded Special - MAYBE an Update on My Suit Rumble here.

Ungradable

"I don't know what [Masterson] believes."
"I try to speak candidly all the time."
"I definitely know how to manipulate people."
"When people accuse me of bad faith I assume it's a misunderstanding."
- All Nick Rekieta

Note: I'm focusing on the chat bc the content has been well clipped & archieved. (I try to chronicle Nick's streams bc much of what he says gets lost - that's not the case here.). I somewhat disagree with @Potatoherder. I'd assess the YT chat as being 3/4 pro Nick and 1/4 either opposed or annoyed. That's fairly big considering it was Nick's show.

CHAT
- It was July who asked to come on and was not happy with Nick's take on trespassing.
1696005671256.png

1696005854072.png

- Lots of predictable stanning for Nick's side. This was one of 4 superchats from Cgoody.
1696006048161.png
- Riley (the "tresspasser" in TX) was in chat (screenshots posted earlier by @Thugnificent). Nick's reply when he read these. "Riley, you're a dumb, fat retard. Try not to get shot, please." Here's a couple more which were not posted...

1696006817101.png

- Vito was in chat (I posted screenshots earlier).. Nick never acknowledged that he was there.

- Popcorned Planet/Andy Signore posted at least 10x. He meant the following earnestly:
1695965736618.png
-PepsiMan clapped back:
1696008537362.png

- Nina Infinity - part of the initial drama by telling Dick to read July's comic before shitting on it - was posting emojis.

- The tragically dumb, Sally78/Susanna said this. She meant it unironically:
1696008121108.png

There was a strong group of detractors...

This one posted at least 20x something similar:

1696007361166.png
Nick later played did Taps as a goodbye to this person:

1696007874331.png

Is this one ironic?
1696006201766.png

- Nick's Interlocutory appeal was filed on the 25th but he didn't know bf Thursday bc he hadn't checked his email. Awaiting Monty to claim damages in order for the appeal to be considered. Nick implied that Monty is dragging his feet.
- Nick said he would likely not be welcome on OpenBar bc of the July drama.
- Branca was initially supposed to join to discuss the issue of Riley "trespassing" and TX law.
- He never went to Rumble exclusively

Comicsgate just became another “sektur” rather than an independent comics movement that wasn’t just furries, deranged leftists, failed scriptwriters, and British pedophiles?

The problem with the Rekieta 4-D-chess-pseudo-deposition is that none of this shit actually matters in any circumstance outside of Rekieta's mind.
Except we have example after example that opposing Rekieta when it comes to legal matters is the winning position. If Rekieta agrees with you, you're likely in trouble.
Rekieta is also already showing ignorance (perhaps intentionally, seeing as he lived in Texas at one point) here by not understanding the Texas penal code that might apply in the case of what Riley did. @♂CANAM productions♂ posted it earlier. At one point Nick tweeted out that Riley committed no crime, but the actual Texas penal code seems to suggest taping nasty shit to the window could constitute defacement of property. Then, throw in trespassing. Finally, throw in Texas law on how you can deal with "criminal mischief" at night time, and Riley justifiably ending up in lying in pool of his own blood isn't entirely out of the realm of possibility in a legal sense. How it would play out in front of a jury though, I can not say. I certainly understand the argument July would be rolling the dice in a high stakes game if he busted a cap in Riley's ass.

I'm not saying what Riley did was the crime of the century, or that July should shoot him if he comes back, but this is a really weird hill for Rekieta to die on. What he should say is that what Riley did was potentially criminal and dangerous, and it was really gay and he should not do it again. Simple as. This is the same man who bloviated about what would happen if people came on his property unannounced to cause shit. Consistency is something that eludes Rekiea. He wouldn't even need to disavow Dick on anything else, but he can't seem to disavow Dick's gaggle of retards on just about anything these days. His response to all this fits with him permanently having Dick's shlong in his ear. It's the same phenomenon that's leading him down several degenerate rabbit holes. Remember guys, Vito is not a pedo. Vito is a gud boi. Apparently so is smelly Riley. Hail Dick! Death to the black comic book guy!

(FWIW, I think if the smelly butterball comes back, July should just call the local popo and have him trespassed. That seems like the most adult response.).

This is true. Maybe the upcoming Eric July murder/murder trial will end up with the Supreme Court having murder be declared legal because the alternative would be Nick Rekieta being correct.
My dude, you're trying to make this a potential pre-meditated murder thing, but I think you're maybe ignoring some of the nuance here. There are issues concerning Texas that doesn't make this as cut and dried as you might think.

Besides, I'm doubtful anybody is gonna shoot anyone. At least I hope not. For the moment, everybody seems to be just preening like faggots. Many such cases documented on the Farms.

EDIT: Typo.

Texas law is not only pretty broad on the right to defend your property (it is one of the few states where you can use deadly force to defend just your property even in the absence of a threat to yourself), but Texas juries are also hostile to perps invading people's property. To get a felony you'd need to get past a grand jury and Texas grand juries are fairly notorious for just saying go fuck yourself to prosecutions over perps getting shot.

You were on someone's property, at night, doing fucked up shit? You got what you deserve.

I would say it's more of a libertarian moment. The idea that you're legally cleared to light up anyone that enters your home unannounced is something they (we if I'm honest) jerk off to, but realistically the warehouse employees will just yell at Riley to leave. You're very right in that declaring the intent to shoot Riley in cold blood would not help July's case if it came to be. I'm actually surprised Nick didn't point that out, maybe he was drunk and hungover (lol).
With respect: you fell for Rekieta's gaslighting.

In his stream before Nick's show, July seemed to be just pointing out how fucking stupid it is to drive that far to someone's business and try to pull this shit where you hang out for 8 hours over 2 days or whatever the exact number is (according to the super chat) including in the middle of the night. Especially in Texas.

Elissa clipped this and it should be posted somewhere. He did not announce any intent or say it should have happened. He just said that security would be well within their rights to get him off the private property, and if Riley escalated the situation and became a "threat", the security would be within their rights to escalate as well, and such an escalation probably wouldn't turn out well for Riley. He explicitly said that any use of force would have to be "obviously within reason". It was not any kind of announcement of intent or threat or anything. It was just pointing out how fucking insane, dumb, and unhinged it is to drive cross-country to try to pull this shit in the middle of night in Texas because you were butthurt about this guy selling his comics.

Nick has a strawman where July said that his security was going to sneak up behind him and take him out or something. And if Eric July didn't come to Nick's chat and insist to be brought on, Nick was going to bring on the pathetic twat named Andrew Branca to tear down the strawman: "Uhhm, ehxcuse me, what you are describing is NOT SELF DEFENSE", or at least until Branca's wife stepped in and told him he was being a loud embarrassment to her in front of her guests which I'm guessing would happen eventually. It is important to remember that Nick is 100% neutral though because although he believes Riley's actions are legally defensible more than Riley does, he said he LOVES Eric July and he hopes the Rippaverse grosses A BILLION DOLLARS.

The problem with Eric July is that he seemed to believe that Nick was still operating in good faith beyond the fact that Dick was his friend. Nick. Unfortunately, he thinks that the bridge with Nick is still worth something and that Nick might actually be friendly with him beyond going "Eric July is saying something stupid, Dick was right to fuck with Eric July, THAT SAID I LOVE ERIC JULY." forever.

Nick is a Sektur veteran and has way more experience with this IBS shit than July and was able to avoid total defeat, if not embarrassment. The play for Eric July would have been to divert away from the ground that Nick had prepared his night stream for, which was the narrow legal view surrounding the specifics of what Riley did; July should have broadened the conversation to Nick carrying more water than an aqueduct for Dick and his creepy friends in general. And then when Nick lost his temper (which he ended up losing anyway) that was the time to bring up the bulls at Hedonism II. That almost certainly would have delivered the kicking, the muting, or the unhinged meltdown that under established Sektur rules would hand July the knockout W.

I think this is the crux of everything Nick is going through at this point. Previously, it was assumed that Nick acted in good faith, so his guests generally acted in good faith.

This is slowly unraveling for Nick. His ex-fans no longer think he's acting in good faith, and now other content creators don't think he is. This will probably end up hurting his psyche when he slowly realizes that no one is buying the "I want everyone to be happy" schtick and his entire online persona crumbles as he streams to an audience of 300 a night complaining about how hard his life is now that he wasted millions of dollars and has to rely on his parents again.

You were on someone's property, at night, doing fucked up shit? You got what you deserve.
I agree but, honestly, July probably shouldn't push his luck. Even if he were legally justified, literally pulling that trigger could still be dicey. There's presumably still a risk, even in Texas. I think the safer bet is to call the cops and just tell them the fat fuck is not welcome there. They'd trespass him off. If he comes back, they would take him into custody.

To be extra clear here, I am in no way advocating July magdump Riley. I'm just pointing out that Rekieta is once again acting the disingenuous fuck in order to shamelessly defend one of Masterson's retarded minions. It's so aggravating. Dick's got his arm so far up Rekieta's ass now, it's embarrassing. In some respects, this is even worse than the Vito thing because law is supposed to be in Rekieta's wheelhouse. Granted, he was never particularly good at it, but it's what he's known for.

That is pretty much the most obnoxious, slimy snake shit Nick now constantly does. "I totally love [whoever] but [snake shit snake shit and more snake shit]."
There's presumably still a risk, even in Texas.
That's why my practical advice in all these situations, even in Texas, is if you have an opportunity to retreat, do it, even if you legally don't have to. Even if it strikes you as the pussified thing to do. Your life, alive and free, is worth a lot more than the satisfaction of killing some perp.

But if you actually have to, make it conclusive. Dead men do not testify in court.

I can verify the standard Texan response to this type of situation is, "You played stupid games, you won stupid prizes."

Rackets vs. Eric July got a mention on the Council on Future Conflicts
Those guys are very boomery.
As far as Riley trespassing, let’s have a seance and ask Trayvon Martin
Or Chad Reed.

OH I LIKE WHERE THIS IS HEADING!

I hope JuJu and his pedophile henchmen Vito go to Eric's place of business to start shit and get filled with lead like Lady Rackets likes to get filled with black bull cum.

I don't have a link but I remember an incident where someone road raged and attacked someone's windshield with a tire iron and they just shot him. No indictment.

I think the safer bet is to call the cops and just tell them the fat fuck is not welcome there. They'd trespass him off. If he comes back, they would take him into custody.
According to July on the stream this is what the security officers did, just called the cops, so I don’t get why Nick harps on that point so much other than to try to have a singe arguable point. I also don’t know why Nick tries to put him in the hypotheticals about that night when Eric wasn’t there and the point wasn’t about him shooting anybody, but instead that the fact that Riley didn’t get shot by security fucking around on guarded property in the middle of the night and also in Texas is lucky as hell and Riley probably shouldn’t try shit like that again if he doesn’t want to end up like Trayvon Martin.

And if Eric July didn't come to Nick's chat and insist to be brought on
It was a good move by Eric to not give Nick any notice about coming on (if it was a "move" at all), I think the stream would have gone a lot differently if he had. Yes Eric was inarticulate and stuttery, but his confrontational nature and Nicks lack of prep, due to being put on the spot, knocked Nick off balance and helped to put on display what a sniveling liar he is and why so many people have had enough of him.

An ex-gangbanger who tries to speak like Thomas Sole, yelling over a slimy drunk who's feigning indignation, really made for comedy gold.

Let me remind you that Nick taking offense to Eric saying he could've ventilated Riley is fucking rich considering Nick for years has been saying if anybody he doesn't know comes on his property he will just shoot them. Is anybody surprised by him not holding that up when it comes to other people though?

Oh I'm saying it's the exact opposite of cut and dry. Like, maybe Texas law enforcement will accept Riley getting mowed down in the Rippaverse parking lot as some sort of neo-cattle rustler. But suppose they don't and July has to deal with homicide-related legal problems instead of making millions of dollars yearly off his independently owned comic, his Blaze Media contract, his big McMansion that has bathroom tiles over the fireplace mantle for some reason, so on. Is Rippa risking his good life away for the pleasure of wasting Riley, a trailer park dweller who looks like cookie dough rolled around in cat hair and whose girlfriend is selling naked pictures of herself to internet randos for $5, really worth it? I have my doubts. Strix64 I think had the right idea that a better course of action for Eric might be paying a security detail to get some cops to drive Riley to the outskirts of town and beat him with a sack of rocks instead. That's the American way.

Yes, what Nick should be saying is simply, "A certain reading of the law might have covered you in the case that you had used deadly force against a known deranged individual appearing on your property at night with bad intentions. That's a really dangerous game FOR YOU though, and if you can safely do so, go somewhere safe and call the police instead."

Instead Nick thought he was a cat playing with a mouse, trying to be cute and clever super lawyer.

His message should have simply been, people routinely get shot dead doing this sort of faggot shit, and people are routinely prosecuted for shooting people doing faggot shit.

Riley is the clear aggressor, though and that I suspect is ultimately what Eric's point was and IT SHOULD HAVE ALSO BEEN NICK'S.
